About ChaosChain: The Mission
ChaosChain is the accountability protocol for the on-chain AI economy. Today, AI agents are black boxes. It’s impossible to cryptographically verify their actions, which prevents them from being trusted with high-value commercial work. We are solving this.
Our Triple-Verified Stack provides end-to-end cryptographic guarantees for autonomous agent workflows, turning black boxes into transparent, accountable services. We are building the foundational trust layer for the entire autonomous economy, and our live SDK is one of the first to integrate key standards like ERC-8004 and x402.
We are a small, deeply technical team shaping the future of decentralized intelligence, and we are looking for a founding engineer to build it with us.
The Role: What You’ll Build
As our first engineering hire, you will be the technical cornerstone of ChaosChain. You will take our proven architecture and prototypes and lead the charge in building, testing, and deploying a production-ready, mainnet protocol. You will work directly with the founder to translate a powerful vision into secure, elegant, and scalable code.
This isn’t just a coding job; you will be a co-architect of the trust layer for the future of the internet.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Core Protocol Development: Design, build, test, and deploy our Solidity smart contracts, including the
ChaosCorefactory,StudioProxyarchitecture, and theRewardsDistributorengine. - Integrate Cutting-Edge Tech: Implement the off-chain components of our protocol, including communication via XMTP and permanent data storage on IPFS/Arweave for our Decentralized Knowledge Graph (DKG).
- Ensure Security & Reliability: Write comprehensive tests (unit, integration, and fork tests), participate in security audits, and build robust monitoring and alerting for our production systems.
- SDK & Tooling: Evolve our public Python and TypeScript SDKs into a world-class developer toolkit, ensuring they’re powerful, easy to use, and drive adoption.
- Protocol Architecture & Security: Work directly with the founder to shape the protocol’s roadmap, research new primitives (TEEs, ZK), and maintain an obsessive focus on security through rigorous testing and audit preparation.
- Partner Engineering: Collaborate directly with the engineering teams of our launch partners, like Gaia, EigenCloud and others, to ensure their agent ecosystems can seamlessly onboard and thrive on our platform.
- Shape the Roadmap: Collaborate directly with the founding team to define technical strategy, prioritize features, and navigate the path from testnet to mainnet and beyond.
Who We’re Looking For: The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a product-minded protocol engineer who thrives on autonomy and wants to ship groundbreaking work.
Must-Haves:
- Deep Solidity & EVM Expertise: You have demonstrable experience designing, building, and deploying complex, secure, and gas-efficient smart contracts. You are fluent in frameworks like Foundry or Hardhat.
- Full-Stack Web3 Fluency: You are an expert in TypeScript/Node.js and have deep experience with libraries like Ethers.js/Viem, building SDKs, and interacting with L2s. Experience with backend services (e.g., Fastify, Postgres/Supabase) is crucial.
- Protocol-Level Thinker: You understand concepts like cross-chain communication, transaction lifecycle, and the challenges of building on-chain + off-chain hybrid systems.
- A Builder’s Mindset: You have a portfolio (GitHub, side projects) that shows you love to build. You can take a high-level idea and ship a robust MVP in weeks, not months.
- Technical Leadership & Ownership: You don’t just write code; you lead technical decision-making. You are comfortable mentoring future hires, conducting code reviews, and making high-stakes architectural trade-offs without needing constant supervision. You treat the codebase as your own product.
- Velocity with Precision: We need a builder who ships fast to get market feedback but never compromises on security/testing. They should balance “move fast” with “don’t break the protocol.”
- First-Principles Thinking: We are inventing a new category. We need someone who solves problems by understanding the root mechanics (crypto/econ/AI), not just by copying existing patterns.
- Excellent Communication: You can clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):
- Experience with Python, as our SDK and the agent ecosystem are Python-heavy.
- Familiarity with The Graph for building subgraphs and indexing on-chain data.
- A genuine interest in and understanding of the AI/LLM space.
- Experience with Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) or ZK primitives.
- Experience building or integrating payment systems.
Why You Should Join ChaosChain
- Build the Future: You won’t be working on a derivative DeFi protocol. You will be building the foundational trust layer for the entire global autonomous economy. The work you do here will matter for decades.
- Founding Equity & Impact: As a critical early hire, you will receive a significant equity/token allocation and have a direct hand in shaping our technology, product, and culture.
- Work with the Best: You will work directly with the core innovators shaping standards like ERC-8004 and collaborate with leading ecosystems.
- Solve the Hardest Problems: This is a role for those who are intellectually curious and want to solve the most challenging problems at the intersection of cryptography, economics, and artificial intelligence.
- World-Class Ecosystem: We are deeply integrated with and respected by leaders in the space, including the teams at the Ethereum Foundation, EigenLayer, Chainlink, and more.

Job Description:
Engineering /

About Ketch
We’re rebuilding the internet’s data layer for the AI era. Ketch runs systems that analyze billions of events and make millions of decisions every day, giving global brands real-time intelligence and control over how data moves across their entire ecosystem. This requires infrastructure that can keep up with the speed, volume, and complexity of modern AI-driven systems and deliver high-integrity outcomes across billions of data interactions.
We’re a well-funded Series B startup, backed by top-tier investors and led by a team with multiple exits. We build fast, ship with ownership, and work directly with customers to solve their hardest data challenges.
Why Us?
The AI era is breaking every old assumption about data protection. Sensitive data moves faster, through more systems, with higher stakes. Traditional privacy and governance tools can’t keep up. You’ll help build the infrastructure that replaces them.
Join us to engineer real-time systems that actively safeguard personal data at massive scale. You’ll design pipelines that classify and control data as it flows, services that react instantly to risk, and distributed systems that enforce user rights across hundreds of technologies. Your work ensures that companies can use data responsibly and that iniduals retain control over how their data is collected and used.
Role Overview
As a Frontend Engineer at Ketch, you’ll build the product surfaces that make massive, messy data ecosystems feel understandable and controllable. Our backend and AI systems classify sensitive data, detect issues across hundreds of technologies, and make real-time policy decisions. Your job is to turn this firehose of signals, metadata, and model outputs into interfaces that feel fast, obvious, and trustworthy.
You’ll design workflows that help customers inspect systems, explore classification results, understand why decisions were made, evaluate risk, and take action. This role sits at the intersection of distributed systems, AI insights, and human decision-making: you’re giving users clarity in environments that are inherently complex.
This is a hybrid role based out of the San Francisco HQ 3 days a week.
What You’ll Own
- Build the interfaces where customers map their entire data ecosystem and see how information moves across systems.
- Create React experiences that surface real-time classifications, consent states, policy outcomes, and risk signals.
- Craft experiences that bring “privacy by design” to life and are seen by millions of users every day.
- Turn AI insights, model explanations, and decision traces into UI that feels obvious and trustworthy.
- Build inspection tools that reveal where sensitive data appears, why the system flagged it, and what action to take next.
- Work hand in hand with designers to craft reusable components and data patterns that stay reliable across streaming events, large datasets, and complex async flows.
- Partner with backend and AI teams to shape the data contracts powering classification, system discovery, and automated governance.
- Elevate our design system with patterns that make advanced privacy and governance concepts feel simple.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills with a solid grasp of how modern browsers render, optimize, and handle real-world workloads.
- Hands-on experience shipping React interfaces that are fast, clean, and reliable in production.
- Ability to design simple, predictable state patterns and work confidently with async data and evolving UI flows.
- Comfort working with backend and AI engineers to shape APIs and turn raw data into great product experiences.
- A product-first mindset with clear communication and a bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating quickly.
- Willingness to e into performance issues, edge cases, and the small details that make a UI feel polished.
- Excitement about privacy, data, and AI, and a desire to make complex technology feel intuitive for real users.
- Familiarity with testing, design systems, and the practical best practices that keep a startup moving fast.
$160,000 - $200,000 a year
The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

About Us
Delty is building the healthcare’s AI operating system. We create voice-based and computer-based assistants that streamline clinical workflows, reduce administrative burden, and help providers focus on patient care. Our system learns from real healthcare environments to deliver reliable, context-aware support that improves efficiency and elevates the provider experience.
Delty was founded by former engineering leaders from Google, including co-founders with deep experience at YouTube and in large-scale infrastructure. You’ll get to work alongside people who built massive systems at scale — a chance to learn a lot and contribute meaningfully from day one.
We believe in solving hard problems together as a team, iterating quickly, and building software with long-term thinking and ownership.
What You’ll Do
* Build and own production machine learning systems end-to-end: from data modeling and feature engineering to training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
* Design and implement data pipelines that turn raw, messy real-world healthcare data into reliable features for machine learning models.* Train and evaluate models for ranking, prioritization, and prediction problems (for example, identifying high-risk or high-priority cases).* Deploy models into production as reliable services or batch jobs, with clear versioning, monitoring, and rollback strategies.* Work closely with backend engineers and product leaders to integrate machine learning into real workflows and decision-making systems.* Make architectural decisions around model choice, evaluation metrics, retraining cadence, and system guardrails — balancing accuracy, explainability, reliability, and operational constraints.* Collaborate directly with founders and engineers to translate product and operational needs into scalable, maintainable machine learning solutions. What We’re Looking For
* At least 3 years of experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production.
* Strong foundation in machine learning for structured (tabular) data, including feature engineering, regression or classification models, and ranking or prioritization problems.* Experience with the full machine learning lifecycle: data preparation, train/test splitting, evaluation, deployment, retraining, and monitoring.* Solid backend engineering skills: writing production-quality code, building services or batch jobs, and working with databases and data pipelines.* Good system design instincts: you understand trade-offs between model complexity, reliability, latency, scalability, and maintainability.* Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and ambiguity.* Ability to clearly explain modeling choices, assumptions, and limitations to non-machine-learning stakeholders.Bonus:
* Experience working with healthcare or operational decision-support systems.
* Experience building or integrating LLM systems in production, such as retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, or structured prompting workflows.* Prior startup experience or founder mindset — we value ownership, pragmatism, and bias toward shipping.* Experience with model monitoring, data drift detection, or ML infrastructure tooling. Why join
* Learn from seasoned Google engineers: As former Google engineers who built systems at YouTube and Google Pay, we’ve operated at massive scale. Working alongside us gives you a chance to build similar systems and learn best practices, scale thinking, and software design deeply.
* High impact: At a small but ambitious team, your contributions will influence architecture, product direction, and core features. You will have real ownership and see the effects of your work quickly.* Grow fast: We’re iterating rapidly; you’ll be exposed to the full stack, AI/ML pipelines, system architecture, data modeling, and product-level decisions — a fast-track to becoming a senior engineer or technical lead.* Challenging and meaningful work: We’re tackling the hardest part of software engineering: bridging AI-generated prototypes and robust, scalable enterprise-grade systems. If you enjoy thinking deeply about systems and building reliable, maintainable foundations — this is for you.",

- Strong grasp of software architecture principles and the tradeoffs between reliability, scalability, and simplicity.
- A track record of solving complex engineering problems and improving systems over time.
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries and influence technical decisions at all levels.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills — you’re as comfortable in an RFC as you are in a postmortem.
- Passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing, and building a collaborative engineering culture.
What We Offer
We have all the usual perks and benefits but what we can really offer you is a fantastic work environment powered by an amazing team.
- Industry competitive compensation and equity plan
- Robust Vacation Package with 28 days of Holiday
