Primary Function/Purpose:

This role focuses on leveraging data and technology to enhance and execute digital fundraising initiatives. Partnering with BIKE HSS, Annual Giving, and Special Events the Manager will advise on and implement the technical and data elements required to support these initiatives through Luminate Online and TeamRaiser (LO/TR).

The ideal candidate has a strong background in responsive website development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or jQuery, and preferably experience with LO/TR or a similar constituent engagement platform. They will be responsible for managing and utilizing LO/TR to develop data-driven strategies, execute campaigns, and produce actionable reports. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, adept at collaborating across teams, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will also be a strategic thinker, capable of generating ideas, establishing plans, and following them through to completion.

As the department's digital presence grows, the Manager will take the lead in recommending and implementing strategies related to web design, UI/UX, and project management for digital fundraising initiatives. This position is remote; however will be required to be onsite at the New York City office 3-4 times per year for in-person meetings and team activities as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage with external vendors as needed on the setup, build out, and design of digital communications in LO/TR, ensuring timelines and objectives are met in collaboration with stakeholders.
