This role

As the Growth Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in executing and delivering our website roadmap, driving initiatives across SEO, Conversion, and overall website growth. Reporting to the Growth Product Manager, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of the website squad, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, on quality, and aligned with business priorities.

You’ll own the day-to-day execution across the website engineering squad, overseeing sprints, backlog management, QA, and the triage of inbound web requests. You’ll also oversee post-build delivery, working closely with engineers on new features and enhancements, while supporting the Web Content Ops team to deliver BAU and campaign activities seamlessly.

This role sits within the Website, SEO & Conversion team in Growth Marketing, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, data analysts, and SEO and Conversion Managers to deliver a high-performing website experience that drives measurable growth.

As our Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for:

Website Delivery & Execution

• Own the day-to-day delivery and execution of website experience initiatives in collaboration with the Growth Product Manager, Engineering squad and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable web initiatives, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint ceremonies, backlog management, QA testing, and delivery planning, ensuring projects are released on time, on quality, and aligned with roadmap priorities.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and data teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and deliver measurable growth and revenue impact.
• Ensure all releases go through proper QA processes through staging and meet performance and usability standards across devices and regions.

Website Operations & Triage

• Act as the first point of contact and triage for website requests (e.g. new feature requests, campaign builds, landing pages, bugs etc).
• Categorise and assign incoming requests to the appropriate teams (e.g. Web Content Ops, engineers, designers) based on set criteria e.g. complexity and impact.
• Oversee BAU and campaign delivery, ensuring the offshore Web Content Ops team follows clear processes, documentation, and quality standards.
• Continuously refine web operations workflows (triage, prioritisation, QA, and deployment) to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Work closely with the Engineering squad to monitor website uptime, performance, and reliability; proactively flag and coordinate fixes for issues impacting the web experience.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with the Growth Product Manager to deliver initiatives that drive organic traffic, engagement, and conversions that translate to ARR.
• Partner with SEO and Conversion Managers to ensure their initiatives are properly scoped, prioritised, and executed as part of the website roadmap.
• Work with designers to ensure all experiences are high-quality, accessible, and aligned with UX best practices.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Customer, Product, and Engineering) to ensure dependencies and expectations are managed and communication remains transparent.
• Report on progress, risks, and delivery outcomes to the Growth Product Manager and relevant leadership teams.

Continuous Improvement & Quality

• Identify delivery bottlenecks and help refine workflows and sprint processes for greater velocity and collaboration, leveraging automation or AI tools where possible.
• Maintain strong documentation of web delivery practices, standards, and QA procedures.
• Champion a culture of testing, iteration, evidence-based decision-making and fast-shipping across the website team.
• Use data analytics and performance insights to inform new iterations, optimisations, and future priorities.
• Support continuous alignment between teams across time zones (ANZ, UK, and Canada) to ensure global delivery consistency.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a QA Engineer who is passionate about APIs, data quality, and helping ensure our products are reliable, accurate, and scalable.

You will be responsible for testing and validating our APIs and data products, ensuring high-quality data and reliable performance for our customers. You’ll primarily work on our API products but will also support testing for streams and data-sharing products as needed.

This is a hands-on, primarily manual QA role with a strong focus on data quality and request/response validation, but with the opportunity to build automation frameworks over time - especially for data comparisons, shadow testing, and regression checks.

What You’ll Do

• Test and validate internal and external APIs, focusing on request/response structures, edge cases, and performance.
• Validate data quality across multiple products - including comparing our data with 3rd party sources to identify discrepancies.
• Investigate, reproduce, and document data issues raised by customers or internal teams.
• Develop test cases and test plans for new API endpoints and data features.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and data engineers to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and expected outputs.
• Drive improvements in QA processes, including planning for automated tests and data validation pipelines.
• Occasionally test other Moralis products like Streams or DataShare.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in QA engineering, preferably with APIs or data-heavy products.
• Strong experience testing REST APIs.
• Ability to validate JSON responses, request payloads, and understand common data structures.
• Experience comparing and validating large datasets or outputs across systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience automating API tests (Postman/Newman, Cypress, Playwright, Jest, or similar).
• Experience building scripts (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for automated data validation or shadow testing.
• Familiarity with blockchain data or Web3 APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools to integrate automated testing.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools and automation frameworks to improve test coverage, speed up validation, and catch issues earlier in the pipeline.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Blockchain Indexing team.

You will design and build systems that extract, transform, and serve blockchain data at scale, processing millions of events per minute across multiple chains.

This role is for engineers who think deeply about distributed systems, make balanced technology choices, and can own complex projects from architecture through delivery.

You do not need to be a Web3-native, but you should be excited about building data infrastructure that powers the decentralized internet.

Your work will power real-time APIs and data products used by top wallets, exchanges, and analytics platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Design and scale indexing pipelines that extract valuable data from blockchain networks (EVM chains, Solana, etc.) and make it queryable in milliseconds
• Write clean, high-performance code that powers the Moralis Data APIs and Data Products used by thousands of developers and enterprises worldwide
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex features - from technical design and implementation through monitoring and customer feedback
• Make architectural decisions about data modeling, storage layer selection (ClickHouse vs. TimescaleDB vs. DynamoDB), caching strategies, and performance optimizations
• Build resilient systems using TypeScript/NestJS with Redis, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, and ClickHouse as your primary tools
• Mentor engineers through code review, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing
• Research and evaluate how similar problems (e.g., log aggregation systems, time-series databases, CDC pipelines) have been solved in other domains

What We’re Looking For

Core Technical Abilities

• Expert-level TypeScript/Node.js skills - you write clean, maintainable code and design thoughtful abstractions
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems and public-facing APIs
• Deep system design knowledge - you understand distributed systems fundamentals: consistency models, partitioning strategies, CAP theorem trade-offs, failure modes, and backpressure handling
• Strong CS fundamentals - you analyze time/space complexity, reason about memory management and garbage collection, and optimize hot paths when needed
• Data infrastructure experience - you’ve worked with high-throughput data pipelines, columnar databases, message queues, or event streaming systems

• Technology trade-off analysis - You can articulate when to use ClickHouse vs. Postgres, SNS vs. SQS, caching vs. denormalization. You justify decisions with concrete trade-offs, not just “best practices”

• Familiarity with blockchain concepts (transactions, events, smart contracts, consensus) or willingness to learn

• Habit of writing code using SOLID Principles, Clean Code and Domain Driven Design
