The Role

**Education:** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Public Health, Business). MBA or advanced degree preferred.\*
**Experience:** Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully bringing complex software products to market. \*
**Collaboration:** Proven track record of collaboration across all functions in an enterprise SaaS healthcare technology business\*
**Leadership Skills:** Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. Experience in building and inspiring high-performing product management teams, with business cases and metrics as proof of results.\*
**Technical Acumen:** Solid technical background with a deep understanding of product management tools and processes, including proficiency in agile methodologies, market research techniques, data analysis and the ability to engage in detailed technical discussions and make informed decisions.\*
**Strategic Thinking:** Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.\*
**Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to erse audiences.\*
**Problem-Solving:** Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.\*
**Healthcare Industry Knowledge (nice to have):** Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements. Experience with AI and automation technologies is highly desirable.\*
This is a high impact role that will drive innovation in our product, make a real difference for healthcare workers and patients, and magnify the value of our solution suite.
The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $220,000. We pride ourselves on providing meaningful equity as part of our compensation as well. This salary represents the middle to the high end of market data across different geographies.
