About the Role:

Hello Heart is hiring for a Legal Operations Manager to join our Legal team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our legal department. You will work closely with our legal team and cross-functional teams to streamline operations, manage resources and projects, and maintain compliance.

The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy with experience in paralegal work, data management, contract management, project management, reporting, and building automation within the various tools used by the team, and interested in exploring innovative solutions to enhance our legal processes.

Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Implement and optimize contract management processes, including tracking, alerts, and automation of contract-related tasks.
• Knowledge Management: Manage and organize key information related to legal matters, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to the legal team, helping them make informed decisions.

The Legal Specialist is responsible for the review of complex legislative and regulatory enactments as well as case law for the effect on our company products. The Legal Specialist will monitor legislative and judicial developments that affect assigned states, regions, or products, including developments in the areas of public safety, risk management, civil rights, employment, criminal, and civil liabilities law. Job Description: AvantGarde, LLC (AG) seeks to engage an Employee Relations Specialist who will perform comprehensive fact-finding case work in support of AG’s federal government clients on a part-time or full-time, ad hoc, as-needed basis. Position Purpose:

As part of a small paralegal team, this role will support 7 attorneys on the litigation team by managing pre-litigation and litigation tasks on employment matters, health plan litigation, and regulatory matters.

In this Paralegal – Litigation role, you will:

• Gather relevant information and documents from a variety of sources to assist with internal investigations, discovery, and third-party document requests;

Title: Paralegal – Contracts

Job Summary

Franklin Covey’s Legal Department is looking for a paralegal or similar candidate who has experience in a corporate law environment. Relevant experience will include (a) drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and follow through to contract execution; (b) drafting cease & desist letters; and (c) basic understanding of corporate governance issues.

Essential Job Functions

• Experience with reviewing and negotiating several types of contracts such as Master Services Agreements, License Agreements, Vendor Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Knowledgeable and current with standard contract clauses (e.g. copyright, indemnification, insurance).
• Experience with relining/track-changes software such as Word Compare.
• Experience in designing contract templates and business procedures.
• Experience in using contract management software.
• Participate in the preparation of addenda and amendments to agreements.
• Experience with management of high-volume contracts/tasks.
• Experience with intellectual property matters.
• Client service experience.

Basic Qualifications

• Either a Bachelor’s degree, a Paralegal Certificate, or 10 years of experience in a corporate law firm setting.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Proficient with Microsoft tools.
• Analytical, highly organized, uses sound judgement and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and demonstrating accuracy and consistency.
• Corporate / business law firm experience

Location-specific compensation:

California – Anticipated compensation for this position is $75-80k. Actual offer may be outside of this range and will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
