This role
As a Lead PHP Engineer you will
- Take ownership of both technical delivery and team leadership within your squad.
- Build high-performance, scalable WordPress solutions, leveraging the Gutenberg editor and modern PHP practices.
- Ensure solutions are optimised for performance, security, and scalability, with minimal reliance on external plugins.
- Lead and mentor a squad of engineers, setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and fostering a mission-first, high-performance culture.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering peers to deliver impactful outcomes in a fast-moving product environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of an AHIMA-approved coding program or an AAPC-approved coding program, or Associate's degree in Health Information Technology or a related field or an equivalent combination of years of education and experience is required. Certified Coding Associate (CCA), Certified Procedural Coder (CPC), Certified Outpatient Coder (COC), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) is required.
Two (2) years of current acute care coding emergency department and observation or physician coding experience is required.
