About the role

As a Product Manager, you will make an impact by bridging communication between client stakeholders and offshore development teams to ensure seamless product delivery. Overview

Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Web Strategy & Analytics Senior Manager will lead Neo4j’s web strategy and execution across a global digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

1. Web Strategy & Stakeholder Management (≈40%)

The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. Responsibilities

• • Build performant, accessible, and user-friendly React-based applications
  • Contribute to Clari’s shared component library and design system to ensure consistency across products
  • Collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features
  • Write clean, maintainable code with attention to testing, documentation, and performance
  • Participate in code reviews and team discussions to continuously improve engineering practices
  • Take ownership of projects and continuously refine engineering practices and workflows

Qualifications

• • 2–5 years of experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript
  • Strong understanding of React fundamentals, including hooks, state management, and composition
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture
  • Experience with Storybook, GraphQL, or observability tools (Sentry, Datadog, etc.) is a plus

To continue to further accelerate and steward this growth, we are seeking a Mid Level Full Stack Developer on our expanding tech team. This role will be critical to MDCalc’s expanded success in continuing to support our millions of clinical users worldwide in taking care of hundreds of millions of patients.

The Role

• Contribute as an integral member of the development team, helping deliver high-quality software products.

• Take ownership of your work and see projects through to completion.

• Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical teammates to ensure timely delivery of features and fixes.

• Participate in architecture and design discussions, offering input that supports system scalability and performance.

• Follow and promote software engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, documentation, and adherence to code quality standards.

• Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proficiency in React, React Native, NextJS, Express, and Postgres with experience building scalable, distributed systems and web applications.

• Experience with the following:

  • Consumer/Public Websites, Mobile Applications, Amazon AWS

  • Terraform, Go, Docker, and BitBucket

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and e into the details when needed.

• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and system architecture concepts, with the ability to contribute to refining product specs and tickets.

• Curiosity and willingness to grow within the role.

• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and prior experience working in health tech is a plus.
