About the Role:
Panorama Education is rapidly growing, and with that growth comes increasingly complex information and data requirements. As the first Information Technology team member on the West Coast, you will be responsible for supporting Panorama Education’s Technology Devices and Software, and you will also work with our outsourced IT partner. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will work closely to support technology for all staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely in a small team to support all team members with their technology issues remotely
- Support cloud-based platforms such as GSuite, Zoom, LastPass, Slack, Meraki, Cloudlock, O365, and more
- Provide first-line technical support for employees, both remote and onsite
- Prioritize, address, and resolve employee support tickets & slack messages through completion
- Setup, configure, diagnose and repair team members' devices, not limited to MacOS laptops, Conference Room A/V, Printers, and Computer Accessories from home.
- Develop and update training materials and lead technology training sessions for new employees, as well as ongoing training sessions and documentation for existing employees
- Scale IT onboarding and offboarding processes
- Lead internal assessments, implementations, tech checks & deployments (software, hardware, audio/video, etc.)
- Actively contributes to our internal knowledge base to meet department goals and provide continued training/support for teachers & staff
- Supports technology for departmental and company meetings as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technology field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience supporting IT services and contributing to technology-driven business processes
- Experience working with MacOS, cloud-based technologies & services (GSuite, Slack, O365, VoIP, Zoom, JIRA, Freshservice, etc
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting office equipment such as printers, conference rooms, etc.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting standards, hardware replacement, office, and conference A/V equipment
- Self-motivated; driven, cares about the quality, presentation, and delivery of the work
- Ability to make decisions, shift priorities and manage time to meet changing and evolving needs
- Flexible, dependable, and consistent; proactively follows up and provides updates
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt & develop new technical skills as technology changes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates cross-functionally, and jump in to support as needed
- Ability to store minimal inventory of hardware in local workplace as staff replacements are needed

We are looking for an Regional Sales Director to join our field sales team, leading our sales efforts within a national portfolio of districts serving 5,000 or more students. You’ll connect with district and state administrators from around the country, learning about their most pressing strategic initiatives and challenges, and compel these leaders to partner with Panorama in support of their work. This is an important role for our growth and one that requires an interest in the K12 education space, confidence presenting in-person and virtually, and ability to build partnerships that lead to new clients.Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- At least 3 years of experience selling to K-12 school districts (strong preference for experience selling within Texas)
- Ability to travel up to 40% to meet with prospective clients when business travel resumes

About the Role:

You will work closely with client buyers and decision-makers including superintendents of school districts and leaders of charter management organizations to ensure that Panorama’s value is being articulated and realized, ultimately leading to successful retention and growth across your accounts.Responsibilities
- Own the renewal cycle and retain clients across a portfolio of 50-100 of Panorama’s large districts (as measured by renewal rate). This includes renewals tied to school board approvals and disparate funding sources, along with understanding budget cycles and contract options preferred by our clients, including the structure of license fees and the timing of renewals.
- Increase footprint and business with existing clients, discovering and maturing opportunities to grow Panorama’s business.
- Develop account plans and monitor overall account health across your portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with an Outreach Director and Customer Success Manager to grow Panorama’s footprint and provide outstanding relationship management, functioning as a strategic partner for a portfolio of Panorama’s larger revenue clients.

About the Role:
Panorama’s Technical Support team provides platform support to all Panorama users. We connect educators, students, families, staff and community members to valuable resources and provide fast, accurate answers to their questions about our product. We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to help provide technical support and guidance to the thousands of users who are on our platform every day.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve user survey and platform access questions and requests that are received via email, phone, and chat in a timely manner; this requires expertly navigating our product and sleuthing for client details to ensure responses include proper context.
- Serve as the first contact for our clients using our self-service platform to answer questions about the platform and troubleshoot challenges.
- Be motivated to hit our target response times (every conversation started within two hours of a request) and other performance metrics.

About the Role:
As a Sr. Survey Operations Specialist, no detail is too small as you complete complex technical tasks with Panorama’s internal software and scoping and designing the process to be as impactful and effective as possible. The Survey Operations team is expanding to streamline and improve technical support for our more complex offerings to school and district partners. As a member of the larger Product Support team, you will also help provide technical support and guidance to the thousands of users who are on our platform every day. The work you’ll do is fast-paced, flexible, and high-impact for our clients and for our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Client Experience team members to deliver error-free components of complex projects in a variety of districts and in a timely manner.
- Generate surveys, reports, translations, and support other complex projects.
- Identify any technical problems when experiencing issues within our platform and collaborate Engineering and CX to problem solutions.
- Help our Survey Operations team measure, understand, and optimize our internal support processes.
- Maintain updated systems and processes to reflect changes to product offerings and system capabilities.
- Learn new technical tasks as the Survey Operations team grows their offerings.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 2+ years experience learning, working in, and troubleshooting a complex technical platform in a professional setting
- Experience working on and communicating with a team in a fast-paced professional environment

About the Role:
Panorama’s Project Management team supports clients through project planning and execution. In this role, you will work closely with Panorama Project Managers to support clients through different stages of the project and client lifecycle utilizing a mix of Panorama’s internal software, Salesforce and our project management tools to support the delivery of successful and error-free projects.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully set up client accounts in our internal systems to ensure access to the Panorama tools and platform
- Collaborate with our Survey Operations team to ensure projects meet our quality standards and pass our Quality Assurance process
- Support Project Managers with completion of key tasks through different stages of the project lifecycle such as report set up and generation
- Ensure platform data quality through the implementation of our Back To School processes, a critical stage in the client lifecycle for Education Technology organizations
- Submit tickets with the technical support and engineering teams for any related post-go live requests
- Provide support for client facing product education workshop preparation that includes messaging attendees and client access configuration

About the Role:
An important part of how Panorama serves some of our largest and most complex clients is through the development of highly polished, customized resources and learning experiences. The purpose of these resources can range from the communication of key information or the development of educator-facing learning experiences that advance a community-specific strategy for rolling out Panorama to key users and stakeholders. - At least 3 years of experience designing and creating customer-facing product education, documentation, training, or support assets, preferably within a SaaS-based environment

About the Role:
As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will play a key role in partnering with our CEO and Co-Founder to scale Panorama over the coming years. We are a mission-driven, Series C stage company serving 1 in 4 U.S. students with a team of ~400 based across the country and $105M raised from leading investors. Over the coming years, we expect to grow significantly in terms of impact, students served, product suite, team, and revenue. As Chief of Staff, your mission will be to support the CEO and the CEO’s key initiatives across the company, increasing the CEO’s effectiveness and leverage, and ultimately helping Panorama achieve its mission, vision, and goals. About the role
What you will do
* You’ll work as a Senior Engineer focused on the frontend part of the stack, in particular you will:
* Contribute code to the frontend part of our codebase. It is a React application written in Typescript, that uses GraphQL API (through Relay).* Own features end-to-end, from product definition, through implementation, and to production.* Share your knowledge and passion for code quality with the rest of the team through code reviews and pairings.* Grow both personally and professionally. We treat growth seriously, as we believe that our team will thrive only if and when every one of the team members does.Some skills or experiences which would set you up for success
* Extensive experience with our frontend tech stack: TypeScript & ReactJS, GraphQL.
* Some familiarity with our backend stack can also come in handy: Elixir, Phoenix, Absinthe on top of the Postgres database.* Familiarity with CI/CD ways of shipping code. We do it with: Pulumi, Kubernetes and GitHub Actions.* Product sense. You care about the product, why people use it, and obsess about how to make it better for them. Ideally, you’ve developed one yourself, and know where to focus your energies in order to have the most impact.You might be a great fit for this role if you have great
* Self-management skills. You are able to operate independently, meaning you know how to plan and organize your work and communicate it to others, and don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do. This is especially important to us, since we’re a remote company with an async first mindset.
* Ability to do deep work (as described by Cal Newport in his book).
