We are currently seeking to add a Customer Launch Manager to our team in San Francisco. The successful candidate will typically manage one or two enterprise launches at a time, and often will continue to play a role post-launch in driving the customer’s success.  This role reports to the Senior Director of GTM and Customer Launch and will work closely with our Business Development, Customer Support, Product, and Engineering teams.

What you will do:

• Relationships: Develop Trusted Advisor relationships with key stakeholders in customer accounts
• Expertise: Become an expert in Ridecell's solutions and our customer's business in order to:
  • Develop a clear Point of View on how Ridecell can best help the customer achieve their business goals through adoption of our platform
  • Assist our Business Development team in developing proposals for new prospects grounded in a realistic launch scope and timing
  • Conduct the detailed platform knowledge transfer to the customer’s operations team to enable them to be self-sufficient post-launch
• Planning: Develop a launch plan that is aimed at achieving both the customer’s and Ridecell’s short and long term objectives.  For example:
  • Orchestrate our Service Design process to promote alignment of the customer’s needs and strategy with Ridecell’s product plans and long term strategy
  • Achieve agreement with the customer on shared success metrics for each stage of the deployment (pilot, soft launch, and production launch)
  • Develop a comprehensive launch plan that calls out dependencies, key risks, and mitigation strategies for Ridecell and the customer
• Execution: Execute the plan:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and steward of Ridecell resources in jointly executing the launch plan with the customer to attain their success metrics
  • Guide the many implementation decisions along the launch process to balance alignment with customer needs with Ridecell resource capacity
  • Address customer feature requests by understanding their underlying business need, clarifying their priorities, and collaborating with Ridecell’s Product team to define solutions
• Support: Serve as the customer’s Single Point of Contact:
  • Assist our Customer Support team in responding to any significant technical issues by taking into account customer specific considerations
  • Respond to customer "How To" requests by demonstrating to customer functional leaders what they can accomplish with our current platform

The outcomes you will achieve:

• Strong relationships, as evidenced by customer stakeholders’ willingness to provide glowing references to potential customers, partners, and investors
• Successful launches of our platform, as evidenced by on-time launches with the capabilities needed for a successful initial launch

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in one or more of the following roles: B2B account management, business development, management consulting, or project management
• Proven track record of focusing on solutions, key metrics, and results with a data driven mindset; comfort working in a data intensive environment
• Demonstrated ability to establish productive working relationships at all levels and influence change with internal and external business partners
• Solid project management skills and experience managing large enterprise customers and agile cross functional account teams
• Ability to maintain a good balance of strategic vision and tactical implementation

About the Role

The Lead Product Manager is an experienced product manager with a track record of leading an important, customer-facing product area. Scope – What you’ll be doing:

Tej

Tej is Fair Square Medicare's head of growth. He joined after completing a stint in Bain's Private Equity Group, running a \"nothing to sneeze at\" house flipping business, and studying CS at Washington University in St. Louis.

Ben

Ben is Fair Square Medicare's Head of Partnerships. He previously founded The Civic Group (a Real Estate Private Equity company with $13M AUM), and ExpertArmada (a legal-tech company with $40,000 ARR). Prior to that, he worked in product and management roles at Bridgewater Associates. He is a licensed attorney in CA, and studied Government at Dartmouth.

At Emi Labs we are on a mission to increase Frontline Workers’ access to professional opportunities.

This is a 2.7 billion population that accounts for 80% of the world’s workforce. They are digitally invisible, as there’s little to no data available on who they are, their career history, or their skill set, limiting their access to professional opportunities and growth. We're here to transform this by building the infrastructure to make Frontline Workers visible.

Our first step to achieving our mission is to transform the recruiting experience into an easy, human and fair process, for both candidates and companies with high-volume job openings. Emi, our main product, is an A.I. recruitment assistant that enables companies to engage in a conversation with each applicant to detect interested and qualified iniduals while saving Recruiters a huge amount of time by automating tasks such as screening, validating skills, scheduling interviews, and collecting documents.

We were part of Y-Combinator's Winter 2019 batch and in 2022 we have raised an $11M funding round co-led by Merus Capital and Khosla Ventures.

What you'll be doing

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead to join an early marketing team and have an impact on a category-defining company, backed by some of the best investors in Silicon Valley. This position will report to our Head of Marketing and will shape our go-to-market process: ensuring that prospective and existing business customers understand our solutions, how they’re differentiated from the competition, and how we will drive value in their recruiting process.

The ideal candidate enjoys market research and speaking to customers. You are a strategic thinker, skilled storyteller, and expert influencer with the demonstrated ability to work closely with multiple teams to generate strong outcomes. Within this scope, the role will lead product positioning and messaging initiatives, identify insight-driven product opportunities, and set the strategy for campaigns across the customer lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to build out the product marketing organization and grow it.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategy and oversee product launches and releases.
• Help identify target markets, refine our ICP and user segments for Emi's use cases and solutions.
• Become an expert on our customers – define who our champions and buyers are, what they care about, and where to find them.
• Craft compelling positioning, messaging, and collateral that is informed by market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
• Create high-impact enablement materials for our sales and success teams, including case studies, pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, product training, etc.
• Collaborate closely with the entire marketing team to create compelling offers for our target audience, including landing pages, help content, video explainers, etc.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or similar in a high growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Track record of leading coordinated, cross-functional campaigns from end to end.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment with an ability to stretch from strategic thinking to the details of execution.

Technology

We have a structure of microservices, with ~20-25 servers. The stack of technology is principally in node, python and react+redux for the front end. Everything is mounted over AWS using many of its services such as Lambda, RDS, SQS, SNS, Elastic Beanstalk, Load Balancers, and many more. We are using ML for optimization of interview scheduling, NLP for the conversations. Everythins is developed in-house. We already spoke with more than 15% of the entire population of a country looking for a job!
