About The Role

As a Sales Development Representative you’ll own the top-of-funnel sales process to cultivate, build, and sell into a network of general contractors, primarily on the residential side. You will qualify inbound leads and perform other outreach through cold calls, email, and text. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire position with a unique opportunity to help build a sales & marketing team from the earliest stages.

Manage a pipeline of leads developed in conjunction with our Marketing team.

Lead phone and email conversations with potential customers, focused on delivering a fantastic and motivating experience.

Scope – What you’ll be doing:

3-5+ years of experience as a product designer on SaaS products with a heavy focus on workflows and complex data.

Excitement to work on cybersecurity and financial products that make complex standards easier for companies to access and manage. Bonus if you have experience working on security, compliance, or accounting-related products.

Experience leading customer research sessions, aggregating insights, and communicating findings to product managers, engineers, and executives.
\

*

Ability to establish and lead design systems that span across features and products.

*

Ability to work iteratively, mapping user journeys, and taking design concepts from low fidelity wireframes to full Figma prototypes as necessary

*

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

The role

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will work directly with our Head of Marketing and CEO and play an essential role in building Fieldguide’s marketing function from the ground up. You will lead significant impact by defining Fieldguide’s messaging and product category in a dynamic risk and compliance marketplace.

**Develop messaging and positioning** by deeply understanding customer needs through customer, industry, and competitive research

**Own the launch of new products** **and features** by collaborating with product management, marketing, and sales

**Identify and create content to drive demand** at every stage of the buyer journey, from thought leadership to case studies  
\

*

**Be the in-house expert for the product and customer** by evangelizing our solution with internal teams and leaders
\

*

**Influence brand and category design** , and drive it home through public relations, analyst relations, social marketing, and campaigns

The unicorn we’re looking for

*

5-10 years of product marketing experience at leading B2B enterprise software organizations. You are a senior product marketer with potential to grow into a management role (or you already have experience leading a product marketing team).
\

*

Deep industry knowledge of assurance and advisory services, preferably with exposure to cybersecurity or regulatory standards. Prior experience marketing to accounting or other professional services firms is preferred. 
\

*

Storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have an obsessive attention to detail.
\

*

A scrappy self-starter who is comfortable with being involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
\

*
