Perform scheduled daily reviews of our ATM hardware and software management platform and identify ATM maintenance needs. Review internal and external requests and notifications to support ATM performance and end user service needs. Effectively triage hardware and software issues and open service calls as needed. Manage service calls assigned to providers to completion in accordance to the master service agreement and company KPIs. Review and assess ATM camera angles on a weekly basis to ensure customer images are captured in accordance with government regulatory compliance requirements. Review ATM performance for chronic behavior and perform root cause analysis to restore ATMs to optimal uptime. Liaison with customers as needed to maintain the business partnership and mitigate escalations. Make recommendations to improve efficiency within the team and/or cross functional departments.

Qualifications
A minimum of one year in an ATM technical service role either in a field or call center environment. A minimum of a working knowledge level of Kaba Mas locks is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and shift priorities in a fast paced environment. Strong, professional communications skills both orally and written. A basic understanding of cryptocurrency.

The challenge
We are actively seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our fully remote team to shape the tools that power the metaverse, helping creators monetize their content. You'll be in charge of defining, scoping, and prioritizing features on a roadmap for our web dApps, including the Marketplace, Events, Builder or Account, as well as working in collaboration with other PMs and Designers. We are looking for an experienced product manager with strong technical depth to join our Protocol Product team. This role will primarily be focused on owning the roadmap for scaling the OP Stack, working at the intersection of research, engineering, and ecosystem needs. You will partner closely with engineering, data, and ecosystem collaborators to drive meaningful improvements in throughput, performance, and developer experience.
The OP Stack has delivered order-of-magnitude throughput improvements over L1 to date, but we’re just getting started. To bring the world onchain, we need to scale 10x-100x from here.
What are the role responsibilities?
Drive the scaling roadmap: Own and deliver the vertical scaling roadmap (6-18 months+), working with OP Labs and Optimism Collective engineering teams and L1 core developers. This will require deeply understanding cutting edge research from Ethereum and other ecosystems, and bringing actionable plans to drive scaling forward.
Champion the customer(s): Engage with chain operators and RaaS team, RPC providers, explorers and indexers, and proof teams to understand their performance challenges and tradeoffs and represent their needs in the scaling roadmap.
Tell the scaling story: Work with the growth and marketing teams to to communicate OP Stack scalability story through dashboards, blog posts, talks, and ecosystem updates.

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer with experience designing crypto or DeFi products, someone who understands the unique UX challenges of decentralised products and wants to push them forward.
You’ll be the design owner across our product portfolio, from our cross-chain swapping platform to our upcoming lending product, which enables users to borrow and lend native assets like BTC, ETH, and USDC across chains natively. About The Role
The Sr. People Project Manager will be a core member of the PMO team, partnering with leaders and stakeholders across the People function to orchestrate how projects get delivered and oversee what outcomes are achieved. Proven program/project management experience (4+ years) within People/HR and Talent/Recruitment

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align erse groups and influence senior leaders

High degree of ownership, accountability, and organizational discipline
Experience designing and embedding frameworks, governance, or PMO practices in a People or HR environment
