Job Description
SaucerSwap Labs builds and maintains the products behind SaucerSwap on Hedera—web and mobile apps, APIs, and analytics—and contributes to the DAO-governed SaucerSwap Protocol. The protocol has processed over $5 billion in trades across hundreds of tokens, delivering fast, low-fee swaps with open-source transparency. We’re hiring an experienced frontend engineer to design, build, and optimize the next generation of Hedera-native DeFi interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain SaucerSwap’s web application in React/TypeScript across trading, pools, portfolio, and analytics views.
- Design and implement end-to-end user flows (e.g., swap, LP, farm, wallet onboarding) from low/medium-fidelity mockups to polished production UI.
- Create and refine components and patterns in Figma and implement them as reusable, well-documented React components.
- Develop clean, responsive, mobile-friendly UIs with strong attention to layout, hierarchy, feedback states, and UX for both power users and newcomers.
- Help evolve and maintain our design system and visual identity in both design and code: tokens, typography, spacing, states, interaction patterns, and component library.
- Implement performant data visualizations (charts, tables, dashboards) to clearly communicate volume, TVL, liquidity, and on-chain activity.
- Integrate UI/frontend components with our APIs and smart contracts: wallet connections, transaction flows, optimistic updates, and status/state handling.
- Maintain high code quality: type safety, modular components, tests (unit/integration), linting, and accessibility best practices.
- Profile and optimize performance (bundle size, load times, layout shifts/render paths) to keep the app fast under heavy load and network spikes.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, protocol engineers, and the community to iterate quickly on UX and ship features end-to-end from spec/idea to production.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, including 2+ years with React and TypeScript.
- Proven track record/portfolio of complex, user-facing production web apps (SPAs or similar) showing strong implementation quality and UI/UX thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to design and build: you can sketch flows, mock up screens/components in Figma, and then implement them in code.
- Solid grasp of design principles: layout systems (Grid/Flex), spacing, typography, visual hierarchy, and interaction/feedback states.
- Expertise in responsive layout and styling (CSS, Tailwind, or CSS-in-JS) with familiarity in accessibility fundamentals.
- Experience working directly in Figma (or similar): components, variants, auto-layout, and design tokens.
- Strong knowledge of modern frontend tooling: module bundlers, CI pipelines, and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library or similar).
- Experience integrating with REST/GraphQL APIs and handling dynamic or high-frequency data in the UI.
- Familiarity with web3 frontend patterns: wallet connections, signing flows, transaction lifecycle states, and basic EVM concepts.
- Comfortable working in a remote, async team, owning features from idea → design → implementation → iteration/deployment.
Nice to Haves:
- Direct experience building DeFi or trading interfaces (DEXs, aggregators, portfolio dashboards)
- Experience with charting/visualization libraries (e.g., Recharts, D3, TradingView or similar)
- Mobile experience (React Native or responsive web optimized for mobile-first DeFi users)
- Performance and security awareness: mitigations for phishing vectors, unsafe signing patterns, and UI/UX-driven user errors
- Experience on Hedera, other EVM chains, or with libraries/wallets in that ecosystem
Compensation:
- Remote-only, independent contractor; flexible hours with availability for global calls
- ¥ 23.38M – ¥ 29.79M per year, paid bi-weekly on invoice

About CoW DAO
CoW DAO is on a mission to protect Ethereum users from MEV and optimize trade execution across DeFi. We achieve this through the CoW Protocol, CoW Swap (a leading intent-based DEX aggregator), and the innovative MEV Blocker, which together help secure, aggregate, and route trades for optimal outcomes. We also fund values-aligned projects via the CoW Grants Program.
CoW Protocol is consistently ranked among the top DEX aggregators by monthly volume and is the largest intent-based exchange. Our MEV Blocker protects trades from harmful MEV extraction and is integrated across the Ethereum ecosystem. The CoW AMM is the only live AMM designed to protect liquidity providers from LVR (loss-versus-rebalancing).
With over 100 open-source repositories on Dune Analytics dashboard showcases billions in cumulative trading volume and a rapidly growing user base. As we continue to scale, CoW DAO remains at the forefront of DeFi innovation, prioritizing security, efficiency, and decentralization.

Logos is a movement supporting the development of the decentralised web. Logos technologies lay the foundations for a freer internet upon which communities can evolve into network states. Each protocol in the Logos stack seeks to empower its users while upholding civil liberties and fundamental freedoms.
About IFT:
IFT is a pioneering force in the Web3 ecosystem, committed to the development, adoption, and accessibility of solutions to digital age problems; guided by our principles: liberty, censorship resistance, security, privacy, and inclusivity. Our mission is to build public goods to safeguard civil liberties in the digital age.
As a team, IFT has been completely distributed since inception. Our team is currently 200+ core contributors strong, and welcomes a growing number of community members from all walks of life, scattered all around the globe.
We care deeply about open source, and our organisational structure has minimal hierarchy and no fixed work hours. We believe in working with a high degree of autonomy while supporting the organisation’s priorities.
Under IFT are a number of projects including Logos which is where this fundraise will be focused.
Also useful to be aware of: Nimbus.
The Role Offers:
- Direct impact: Your network and execution skills directly fuel our growth

- Clear path to success: Defined metrics, proven product-market fit, and ready-to-deploy capital
Mission-Driven Role:
We’re seeking a driven, personable Fundraising Manager who thrives on daily outreach, to help us successfully fundraise for Logos and explore institutional avenues for future funding with HNWI, family offices, and institutions that have an interest in confidential infrastructure for wealth management.
This is a sales role with direct P&L impact: you’ll own the entire capital raise process, from crafting high-conviction narratives to closing commitments and managing post-investment relationships. You’ll refine and polish our pitch deck and data room, proactively reach out to investors from your own network alongside cold outreach, and speak with potential investors daily to build relationships and move conversations forward.
Success is measured in capital secured, LOIs signed, and investor commitments converted. If you’re someone who is comfortable with pure sales, thrives on outreach, builds rapport quickly, and has an existing or emerging investor network interested in Web3 and digital assets, we’d love to hear from you.
Why This Role Is Different:
Unlike traditional IR roles, you’ll function as a capital markets operator, leveraging hybrid Web3 instruments including SAFTs and building relationships with crypto-native angels, VCs, family offices managing digital asset allocations, and institutional allocators seeking privacy infrastructure exposure.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future success of IFT, who has been operating as a blockchain venture studio, and comprises a number of web3 infrastructure projects. We are looking for an inidual to help further develop and execute our fundraising plans.

- Translate complex privacy technology into high-conviction investment narratives for institutional allocators, crypto VCs, HNWIs, and family offices
- Proactively seek out new investors through cold outreach & network leveraging (80% of time actively prospecting and building relationships)
Investor Network Management (20%)
- Maintain 50+ active investor relationships through structured touchpoints, milestone updates, and strategic calls
- Serve as the primary touchpoint for investor inquiries, coordinating earnings calls, AMAs, and investor events alongside Co-founders
- Develop investor confidence by communicating financial performance, progress toward milestones, and future plans with transparent, consistent messaging
- Map and activate investor value-add beyond capital (technical partnerships, ecosystem integrations, governance participation)
- Coordinate closely with Legal, Finance, and leadership to ensure seamless execution and regulatory-compliant communications
Market Intelligence & Strategy (10%)
- Track valuation benchmarks (FDV/MC ratios, TVS growth) for privacy infrastructure projects and comparable Web3 infrastructure
- Monitor regulatory developments and best practices affecting digital asset fundraising across key jurisdictions
- Provide real-time feedback to product and leadership teams on investor sentiment, competitive positioning, and market opportunities
- Maintain CRM cadence and pipeline hygiene to enable data-driven fundraising decisions
What you bring:
- Experience in, and a passion for Web3, and its potential to change the world.
- A strong alignment to our principles
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Sales DNA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations/sales, with an existing network of crypto VCs, family offices, or digital asset allocators including quota-carrying sales, business development, or capital markets roles
- Solid understanding of the investment landscape and experience working in-house with growth-stage start-ups / scale ups and infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record closing funding in Web3 fundraising - preferably infrastructure projects

The Right Mindset:
- Hunter mentality: Comfortable with 50+ cold calls/emails per week
- Ownership: Treat investor capital as your own; protect valuation and terms aggressively

- Financial fluency in other languages.
- Background in Computer Science, Finance or Political Science.
- Passion for network states, parallel societies, or alternative governance models.
- Have read Farewell to Westphalia.

We’re looking for a talented Growth Marketing Associate to join the DIA team.
DIA builds oracle infrastructure for DeFi: the price feeds that let protocols actually work. Powering 250+ dApps across 60+ chains, transitioning into serving the big players with billions in TVL. We’ve been building since 2018. Now we need someone to make noise about it.
The gist
You’ll be the voice and vibe of DIA online. You take solid content and make it sing. You’re chronically online, you know what makes people stop scrolling, and you’re comfortable sliding into DMs to build relationships. You’ll work in a small team, wear multiple hats, and have real room to shape how DIA shows up in the world.
You’ll do this
Included, but not limited to:
- Own DIA’s social presence: Twitter/X, Telegram, LinkedIn
- Turn standard announcements into content people actually engage with
- Build relationships with ecosystem accounts, partners, KOLs
- Spot trends on CT and move fast on content opportunities
- Experiment with formats, hooks, posting strategies, then double down on what works
- Track metrics, learn, iterate
You’re a fit if
- You’re chronically online and you like it that way
- You know what makes content pop, instinctively
- You’ve used DeFi products and know what an oracle does
- You write well and can adapt to different voices
- You’re scrappy, you don’t wait to be told what to do
- You’re hungry to learn and try new tools
Bonus points
- Your own Twitter has decent engagement
- You’ve grown an account before
- You can make basic visuals (Figma, Canva) or edit video (CapCut, veed.io)
- You know your way around SEO, CMS tools, or Asana
The details
- Location: Remote. CET zone preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Compensation: $2.5k–$4k/month gross depending on experience, plus token compensation
How to apply
Fill the form with
- Your personal details
- Your CV
- A short note on why you’re a fit
We’ll move fast: chemistry call → expert interview → short practical test → final presentation.
