The Engineering Lead will orchestrate a matrix of technical leads (Architecture, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Security, AI/Data, QA) and elevate our engineering maturity to production-grade standards.

Responsibilities:

Engineering Coordination & Technical Governance

• Align and coordinate technical leads across roles and ensure architectural consistency across projects
• Define and enforce engineering standards and own technological choices and selection of tooling for the practice.

AI & Agentic AI Strategy and Standardization

• Ensure consistent use of AI frameworks, orchestration layers, and integration patterns
• Set standards for designing and implementing Agentic AI systems

Requirements:

This system provides additional safety against incorrect proposals going undisputed and that response times remain within defined service thresholds. You will use internal tooling to review proposals flagged as high risk, and exercise independent judgment to decide if they are correct or should escalate to UMA’s dispute resolution system. Your work directly impacts resolution accuracy, protocol trust, and user confidence.

This is not a community moderator role. It is a structured, accountable review function operating under defined response-time and quality expectations. What You’ll Own

1. Flagged Proposal Review (Primary Responsibility)

• Review proposals flagged by monitoring systems during assigned coverage windows.

This role exists to own and scale the integrator experience end-to-end, reducing friction, designing better systems, and ensuring integrations move from first call to production smoothly and predictably.

1. Integration Execution & Partner Enablement (Core Focus)

You will act as the primary technical partner for integrators.

• Support architecture design and implementation decisions
• Debug across partner and protocol codebases
• Unblock testing, deployment, and production issues

The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who gets it. Someone who understands why decentralized speech matters, knows how to build communities from scratch, and can translate a technical protocol into messaging that resonates with real people, not just crypto natives.

• Familiarity with risk parameters: LTVs, liquidation penalties, oracle dependencies, bad debt scenarios
• Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools as genuine productivity multipliers — for research, analysis, and operational workflows — with the judgment to verify and supervise outputs
