- You’ve grown an account before
- You can make basic visuals (Figma, Canva) or edit video (CapCut, veed.io)
- You know your way around SEO, CMS tools, or Asana

The Opportunity
As an Accounting & Financial Operations Analyst at Nascent, you won’t just keep the books tight — you’ll help build the systems behind them. You’ll work across a wide mix of financial assets, from traditional finance workflows to emerging digital asset structures, and play a key role in shaping how our data is captured, cleaned, and automated.
This is a role for someone who loves getting into the weeds, learns fast, and takes ownership of turning manual or messy processes into clean, scalable systems. You’ll strengthen our financial engine, streamline operations, and push for clarity, speed, and reliability across everything you touch. You’ll thrive here if you’re high-agency, gritty, and deeply curious — someone who enjoys problem-solving and naturally thinks like a builder. This role is fully remote and operates within +/- 3 hours of EST.
Key Responsibilities
- Level up the engine behind Nascent’s crypto accounting system — supporting the design and improvement of the infrastructure that powers everything from wallet flows to real-time reporting.
- Own the books across fiat and crypto, running full-cycles from wallet/exchange to ledger to reporting — clean, tight, and built for speed.
- Turn messy data into reliable systems by partnering with engineering and operations to architect workflows and controls that make our accounting stack stronger and faster.
- Be the source of financial truth, keeping reconciliations, ledgers, and documentation crisp and audit-read – you know the story behind every number.
- Automate what doesn’t need to be manual – use integrations, smart tools, or lightweight scripting to eliminate repetitive work and replace fragile processes with scalable ones.
- Hunt down issues before they become problems, propose solutions, and drive improvements through to implementation.
About You
- You own outcomes, set clear expectations, and deliver — no hand-holding required.
- You thrive in ambiguity and move fast in scrappy, high-motion environments.
- You solve problems at the root, shifting from quick fixes to scalable systems without losing speed.
- You use AI and automation to work smarter, tighten workflows, and push quality higher.
- You’re hands-on, detail-driven, and unafraid to e into the weeds to get the work right.
Preferred Experience
- 2–3 years in financial operations or a similar accounting-heavy role.
- Strong accounting fundamentals — you’ve handled close cycles, compliance, and day-to-day bookkeeping with precision.
- High digital fluency, especially with AI-driven workflows and modern analytics tools.
- Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — you adapt quickly and keep momentum.
Nice to Haves
- Formal accounting training (CPA track or Big 4 experience) that sharpened your fundamentals and discipline.
- Familiarity with crypto accounting or digital asset workflows.
- Experience contributing to or building bespoke financial software.
- Background in lean teams or startup environments where speed, ownership, and adaptability matter.

About Grove Labs
Grove Labs is a blockchain research and development organization focused on next‑generation decentralized credit infrastructure. As a subsidiary of Steakhouse Financial, Grove Labs designs and builds the Grove Protocol; an institutional‑grade credit platform that acts as a liquidity engine for decentralized finance and a capital highway between DeFi and traditional markets.
Operating as a “Star” within the Sky Ecosystem (formerly MakerDAO), Grove helps protocols, DAOs, asset managers, and institutions deploy capital into ersified, tokenized credit strategies, creating more efficient, programmable, and transparent global credit markets.
We are assembling a multidisciplinary team across credit, engineering, risk, and governance to shape the future of institutional DeFi.
About Steakhouse Financial
Steakhouse Financial is the leading onchain asset manager, overseeing more than $3.6bn of capital. Our mission is to pioneer open and transparent finance. We build transparent, efficient, and accessible financial primitives to power the next generation of capital markets on public blockchains. We empower leading DAOs and crypto-native companies including Sky (FKA MakerDAO), Lido, Morpho, Ethena, and ENS through strategy, risk, and financial advisory. Our focus areas include real world assets (RWAs), stablecoins, curating efficient lending markets, market making, and actively participating in markets via proprietary trading to enhance liquidity and overall market health.
We are gathering the best minds in finance, engineering, legal, data, and risk to build the future of finance.
About the Role
As Head of Trading and Market Structure, you will be responsible for developing and operating trading activities where active market participation supports our asset management, vault, and risk businesses. The initial focus of the role is running market neutral and delta neutral strategies, including basis and funding capture, across centralized venues and onchain infrastructure. Beyond day to day execution, the role involves evaluating how and when additional forms of trading, liquidity provision, or structured capital deployment makes sense within Steakhouse’s broader platform. This is a senior role and you will help set the standards for how trading capital is deployed, how risk is measured and controlled, and how trading integrates with underwriting, product design, and engineering over time.
What You’ll Do
- Own the basis book: define trade selection, sizing, and guardrails while maintaining near‑zero net delta.
- Choose the best hedge (dated futures vs. perps vs. forwards) and manage rolls, term structure, and funding‑rate regimes with clear attribution.
- Execute cross‑venue (CME, regulated venues, major CEX/DEX): routing, order types, slippage control, and incident playbooks.
- Optimize collateral & financing across USD, stablecoins, and liquid RWAs (e.g., T‑bills wrappers), balancing yield, haircuts, and liquidity.
- Define strategy parameters and risk inputs for delta‑neutral vaults on decentralized vault infrastructure, turning the internal strategy into onchain products with well‑defined risk/return profiles.
- Work closely with engineering to specify vault logic and parameters (allocation rules, rebalancing cadence, fee structure, risk limits), and ensure robust implementations.
- Monitor vault health end‑to‑end: TVL and utilization, yield vs. target, deviations from model, and the interaction between on‑chain vault state and off‑chain hedging venues.
- Establish and maintain controls: real‑time delta tracking, margin and liquidation buffers, kill‑switches, circuit‑breakers, and alerting for 24/7 markets at both the strategy and vault level.
- Quantify everything: daily three‑line PnL (carry/funding, explicit costs, slippage/impact), stress tests (funding inversions, basis compressions, venue outages), and capacity analysis; extend this to vault‑level performance and risk reporting.
- Coordinate the stack with engineering, risk, ops, legal/compliance, custody/prime partners, and vault infrastructure partners; document runbooks and maintain audit‑ready processes.
- Continuously improve: refine execution models, collateral routing, data‑driven sizing, and vault design to increase net capture after all frictions and fees.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven derivatives PM/trader with 3–5+ years running cash‑and‑carry / basis / funding capture in crypto or closely related RV in TradFi (equity index, rates, commodities futures).
- Demonstrated PnL attribution for a delta‑neutral book (basis/funding vs. fees/borrow/financing vs. slippage/impact) and a clear risk framework (limits, scenarios, drawdown controls).
- Crypto market‑microstructure fluency: perps funding mechanics, dated futures rolls, cross‑venue liquidity, margin models, ADL/clawback risks, and exchange operational quirks.
- Execution + data tooling: hands‑on Python for analysis and automation; comfort with exchange APIs/websockets/FIX; building dashboards/alerts for 24/7 monitoring.
- Operational discipline: reconciliations, NAV/PnL checks, custody/wallet operations, counterparty underwriting, incident management, and documentation.
- Communication & leadership: crisp writing, structured thinking, and the ability to drive decisions across risk, engineering, and operations.
- Comfort operating at the intersection of CeFi and DeFi: routing capital between centralized venues and onchain vaults, understanding the operational and risk implications of both.
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating staked ETH yield into basis construction (e.g., validator APY vs. futures basis) and managing associated liquidity/discount risks.
- Prior work designing or managing vault strategies on DeFi infra, including strategy specs, parameter tuning, and onchain risk monitoring.
- Prior work with tokenized funds or multi‑chain issuance registries.
- Relationships with regulated primes/custodians and a history of launching institutional‑grade strategies.
What We Offer
- A chance to push the frontier of onchain capital markets with real institutional partners and to scale delta-neutral strategies to over $1bn in managed assets.
- Competitive compensation including salary, equity, token, and carry.
- High‑ownership environment with direct impact on product roadmap and commercialization; both at the strategy and vault‑design layer.
- Remote first culture with bases in New York City, Miami, and Central Europe with opportunities to travel to team events and conferences.
- A culture that blends rigorous risk management with fast, thoughtful execution.
Interested in Joining our Team?
Send your cover letter and CV to [email protected] with subject line “Head of Trading & Market Structure”. Include:
- A one‑page track‑record summary with three‑line attribution.
- A brief note on your preferred venues/hedges and any experience expressing strategies via on‑chain vaults (e.g., makina.finance or similar).
- An example stress scenario you’ve handled and how you managed risk through it.

About the Role
As Project Manager for Grove Protocol, you will be responsible for orchestrating the projects that bring new assets, strategies, and partners onto the protocol and route capital to them. Your primary mandate is to ensure that Grove’s capital allocation workflows—from idea to governance approval to onchain deployment—are predictable, well‑coordinated, and highly efficient.
You will coordinate a cross‑functional pod including Engineering, Risk, Governance, and Strategy, as well as external stakeholders such as asset managers, service providers, and ecosystem partners. You’ll design and maintain the processes, cadences, and artifacts that allow these groups to move quickly while upholding rigorous risk and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own project planning and execution for asset onboarding and capital allocation initiatives across Grove Protocol.
- Build and maintain a unified view of the pipeline of assets, strategies, and counterparties being evaluated for integration.
- Translate strategic goals into clear project plans with milestones, owners, and success metrics.
- Ensure cross‑functional alignment and unblock teams so critical launches and allocations happen on schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Own the asset onboarding pipeline
- Map and maintain the end‑to‑end process for onboarding new assets and strategies—from initial diligence through risk assessment, governance, integration, legal onboarding, and go‑live.
- Track key milestones (e.g., risk sign‑off, legal review, governance proposals, technical integration, testing, deployment) and proactively manage dependencies and risks.
- Lead cross‑functional project delivery
- Coordinate Engineering, Risk, Governance, and Strategy to deliver on protocol, product, and capital allocation roadmaps.
- Run recurring project ceremonies (stand‑ups, planning, retros, risk reviews) and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and status.
- Enable smooth and efficient capital allocation
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Grove Protocol can route capital into approved strategies on time and at the right scale.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Data teams on monitoring and reporting requirements (TVL, utilization, concentration, limits, and risk metrics) for new allocations.
- Design and improve operational processes
- Create and maintain playbooks, checklists, and templates for asset onboarding, partner integrations, and capital deployments.
- Identify bottlenecks and failure points; implement process improvements that increase speed while preserving rigor and control.
- Interface with governance and ecosystem stakeholders
- Partner with Governance and Strategy teams to plan governance proposal timelines related to new assets, limits, or program changes.
- Ensure project plans factor in community feedback, governance cycles, and required communication to the Sky Ecosystem and other partners.
- Drive transparency and communication
- Produce clear, concise updates for internal leadership and external stakeholders (e.g., status reports, dashboards, memos).
- Keep leadership informed of trade‑offs, escalations, and decisions required to maintain momentum.
- Institutionalize best practices
- Champion project management standards and tooling across Grove Labs (roadmapping, issue tracking, documentation, risk registers).
- Help define and track KPIs around operational efficiency, time‑to‑onboard, time‑to‑allocate, and capital utilization.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in project, program, or operations management in one or more of: fintech, capital markets, asset management, DeFi/crypto, or high‑growth technology.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with significant financial or technical dimensions.
- Strong understanding of credit or structured products, capital allocation workflows, or real‑world asset (RWA) structures; familiarity with DeFi, DAOs, and tokenized assets is a strong plus.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Product, Strategy) and external partners simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills: you’re comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder groups without losing detail or momentum.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complexity into actionable plans for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Comfort with data and metrics: you can work with dashboards, spreadsheets, and basic analytics to inform decisions and track progress.
- Proactive, ownership‑oriented mindset: you spot issues early, escalate when needed, and drive toward outcomes rather than just managing tasks.
- Experience with governance‑driven environments (e.g., DAOs, boards, investment committees) is a plus.
- Detailed oriented with the ability to produce flawless deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders
What We Offer
- Opportunities to be ambitious, grow, and push the frontier of global digital finance.
- Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and equity.
- True impact at scale - we have partnered with some of the world’s largest financial institutions to bring the real world onchain.
- Work within a remote and highly collaborative team consisting of erse experts with the opportunity to travel to team events and conferences.
- Regular opportunities for skill development, leadership roles, conference participation, and knowledge sharing in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
- An environment where we work hard and have fun doing so!

Mission:
Create native, viral, unsponsored crypto content for X (Twitter) that feels organic to Crypto Twitter — sharp, creative, degen-aware, and instantly readable.
This role is not about classic project-related writing, sponsored posts, client briefs, or promo copy.
It’s about understanding what CT actually engages with — and producing content that belongs there.
This role is for you if:
- You live on CT and understand why some posts pop and others die.
- You naturally think in formats like: project lists, cheat sheets, ratings & comparisons, infographics, bait posts, ecosystem maps, etc.
- You’re native to airdrops, degening, narrative trading, memes, and CT culture.
- You can generate insights & alpha drops as you go through charts and use analytical instruments like Glassnode, Messari, DefiLlama, etc.
- You can be playful, sharp, ironic — without sounding forced or cringe.
Core Responsibilities
- Create content designed for organic CT distribution (that can realistically go viral without paid push), i.e. lists, rankings, research insights, creative bait & conversation starters, cheat sheets, visual-first content, infographics, etc.
- Track airdrop metas, emerging protocols, CT discussions & memes, narrative rotations, and news. React fast to market moments when needed.
- Occasionally work with ambassador-style content (creative, non-promotional, narrative-driven).
- Typical output: 5-8 short / mid-form posts per day (flexible, quality-first).
- Use Canva (or similar tools) to build simple infographics, format lists / comparisons, package information visually for X. You don’t need to be a designer, but you must be visually literate.
Requirements
- Strong, proven familiarity with CT culture.
- Ability to write clear, punchy, native English.
- Deep comfort with the main CT topics: airdrops, funding rounds, trading, analytics, meme culture, etc.
- Canva (or equivalent) at a practical level.
Years of experience matter less than taste, instinct, and execution quality.
