The Director of Demand Planning is responsible for spearheading the development and execution of demand plans and top-line financial strategies. Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each inidual location or country. Wage Transparency

The BDR will help accelerate AMP’s growth by engaging new municipal and regional partners across the solid waste and recycling industry. What You’ll Do

• Research and map municipal waste authorities, solid waste districts, and other public waste and recycling systems across the US. Identify decisionmakers and influencers in each jurisdiction.
