About The Team:

We’re seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help drive product launches and product marketing strategy across both our self-serve and direct sales business. Product Marketing works closely with product managers, engineering, and design on product strategy and partners with marketing, sales, and customer success to bring new products and use cases to market. You Will:

• • Perform initial onboarding of accounts with enterprise level customers, ensuring adoption and ongoing engagement throughout the customer’s lifecycle

You Have:

• • 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience (or equivalent)

• • The ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel in large enterprises
