We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to play a pivotal role in driving the success of UMA and Across. You will lead and coach a team of 4+ talented marketing managers, while overseeing all aspects of the marketing team.   • Events & Community Management: Plan and manage marketing events, both online and in-person, to boost brand visibility and engage the community. Build relationships with users and influencers to create a supportive community around Perpetual Protocol.
• Analytics and Optimization: Use data to evaluate how well our marketing campaigns are doing. Perform tests and make adjustments to improve results. Report on key performance metrics and suggest ways to improve.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates. Ensure a consistent message across all platforms.

Requirement

• Strong interest in Crypto / DeFi; able to explain the basics of protocols like Uniswap and Curve.
• Some experience in a similar marketing role.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and growth strategies.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Able to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
• Preferably located in Asian time zones (GMT+5 to GMT+11).
