The Role

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive product delivery across Tailor.

You'll own the management and coordination layer between our Omakase team (building composable ERP modules) and Forward Deployed teams (deploying solutions to customers). This means shaping requirements, driving alignment across AU-JP-US timezones, and ensuring work streams move forward with clarity and purpose.

Today, Tailor operates largely synchronously - and that's something we want to change. You'll help us build a stronger async-first culture, setting the standard for how distributed teams communicate and collaborate across timezones. You'll write PRDs, run the rituals that matter, negotiate priorities across competing demands, and ensure delivery stays on track. As Tailor's AU operations grow, this role will evolve into leading others who manage customer delivery locally.

The Role

You're the first voice a customer hears when they come to Harper. Not a call center job—the front line of a company transforming how millions of businesses get insured.

This is high-volume, high-intensity work. You'll be on the phone continuously throughout your shift, talking with business owners, learning about their operations, and capturing the information that powers everything downstream. Every conversation you have becomes data that makes our AI smarter. Every detail you capture correctly means a business gets the coverage they actually need.

We're looking for someone who gets energy from constant customer interaction. Not tolerates it—thrives on it. The pace is relentless. You'll move from one call to the next without downtime. Your enthusiasm on call 50 needs to match call 1.

We are seeking a technical and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager with a track record of success in product management for Prosumer, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Legal Tech, Reg Tech and/or Consumer Data products.

Optery’s product is sold to iniduals, families, small and medium sized businesses, large enterprises, and state, local, and federal government agencies and departments.  In this respect, it is similar to companies like LastPass, DropBox, and McAfee in that it is sold both to iniduals directly, and to businesses for distribution to employees.  Optery maintains four primary application interfaces, its consumer facing application (https://app.optery.com/signup), its business admin facing application (https://business.optery.com/signup), its API (http://www.optery.com/api), and it’s backend workflows for employees and contractors. 

Optery’s core data removal functionality processes Data Subject Requests (a.k.a. DSRs) for its customers to manage their data privacy preferences at data broker companies.  Put differently, Optery delivers, manages and fulfills opt out and data deletion requests for its customers at data brokers.

Optery is seeking a versatile Senior Product Manager with a track record of success to help drive the development of Optery’s product and platform.  You will report to Optery’s CEO and CTO, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, design, legal, customer operations, sales, customer success, customer support and executive leadership to align product development with company objectives and drive measurable results.

You need to be equally comfortable generating product requirements, creating wireframes for new product functionality, getting into the weeds with engineers on how the product works at a very granular level, providing feedback to engineers, testing, QA-ing and debugging, documenting new features, researching the industry landscape, and formulating a strong point of view for the product roadmap.  The role requires outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a well-rounded cross functional skill set.

This is where you come in. We're looking for an ownership-minded marketer to build our carrier marketing engine from the ground up. You will be a true owner of the FleetWorks Carrier voice, interacting directly with the trucking community, managing our public presence, and shaping how the industry perceives us. Whether you are behind the camera or managing the talent that is, you will be the bridge between our product and the people who use it.

In this role, you'll be the face of FleetWorks to our carrier community. You’ll obsess over how well they know, adopt and recommend FleetWorks. You’ll build content and programs that interact directly with carriers, manage our public presence across channels, and shape how the trucking community perceives us.

What you’ll do

**Craft the voice of the FleetWorks Carrier Product:** Work directly with the executive team to craft a brand persona that is \\"intimidatingly competent yet welcoming\\"—a voice that commands respect in the industry but welcomes newcomers.

**Define our content approach and social presence:** You will be responsible for shipping content daily, whether that involves being comfortable in front of the camera yourself or identifying and managing a \\"face\\" for the brand. Manage and create accounts across key platforms like TikTok, Reddit, X, Facebook, and beyond.

**Build the community:** Engage with comments, DMs, and posts across the web. You aren't just broadcasting; you are building relationships and trust with carriers. Determine the role IRL touchpoints play in building carrier community.

**Drive growth through influence:** Identify and manage relationships with content creators and industry influencers to expand our reach. Build and manage a referral program that accelerates how carriers talk about FleetWorks with their peers.
\

**Drive product signups and engagement:** Use whatever channels you need to drive interest and engagement in our carrier product.
\

*

**Manage carrier communication programs including referrals:** Own our email calendar, and collaborate with the carrier ops and product marketing teams to optimize communication to carriers and scale WOM through our nascent referral and reviews programs.
\

**Close the product loop:** Synthesize \\"word of mouth\\" feedback from social channels and communities to help the product team build what carriers actually need.

**Leverage AI:** Use AI tools intelligently to speed up content workflows without ever sacrificing quality or authenticity.

What we look for

**Past experience in the trucking industry a bonus, but not required**

**Experience managing and growing social media accounts:** You have a proven track record of building audiences and increasing engagement across major platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, etc.). You understand the nuances of each channel and how to optimize content for them.

**Fast iteration and tracking:** You bring a growth hacking mindset, using A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to constantly optimize campaigns and find new growth levers.

The Opportunity

We are building AI-powered insurance infrastructure across emerging markets. To keep pace with our growth, we need a high-output, systems-thinking People Operations leader who can design and run the people engine that powers the company.
