This is a high-ownership role for a founding designer who cares about velocity and solving real customer problems. You won't just create mockups, you will own the entire design process end-to-end, speaking directly to customers and making core product and UX decisions. This role blends technical storytelling with content creation — across blog posts, videos, livestreams, and community platforms — to translate what we’re building into content that’s clear, engaging, and helpful. Whether it’s open source users or enterprise customers, you’ll help developers discover, adopt, and succeed with Infisical.
You’ll work closely with engineering and marketing to:
* Create and publish technical content — across videos, blog posts, demos, and more — to help developers understand and use Infisical.
* Engage across platforms like Reddit, X, Slack, and LinkedIn to drive visibility and participate in relevant developer conversations.* Own our developer newsletter , curating product updates, community stories, and best practices in a consistent, developer-first format.* Collaborate with engineering and marketing to shape how we position technical features and communicate product value.* Help define and evolve our developer-facing voice , presence, and community strategy as the company scales.* Represent Infisical at technical conferences , meetups, podcasts, and webinars, communicating real-world solutions to real-world problems.Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or 2+ years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or technical community building.
* Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, developer tooling, and infrastructure.* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.* Comfortable creating content across multiple formats — written, video, livestream, and social.* Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.Bonus
* Previous experience as a software engineer or working on developer-facing products.
* Experience managing or growing developer communities (e.g. Discord, Slack, GitHub discussions).* Familiarity with producing technical videos, webinars, or hosting developer-facing events.* Existing presence or credibility in developer communities (e.g. active on X, writes a personal blog, maintains OSS projects, etc.).How You’ll Grow
You’ll be one of the first Developer Relations hires at Infisical and play a foundational role in shaping how we connect with the developer community through content, conversations, and community engagement.
You’ll help define how we show up across platforms and technical channels as well as become a trusted voice for Infisical in the security infrastructure space.

What you'll do
As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Nira, you’ll focus on sourcing and identifying top talent for our engineering, product, and sales teams—zeroing in on people who are not only qualified, but exceptional. You’ll search high and low for people who identify with our mission and core values and possess extraordinary technical abilities.
You’ll report to our Talent Lead and spend most of your time sorting resumes, identifying strong candidate profiles, and sending thoughtful outbound messages to engage top talent. You’ll also work to quickly understand the roles you're sourcing for and learn what great looks like across different functions.
You will possess a relentless drive to succeed and improve efficiencies. You will stop at nothing to ensure that your targets are hit, and you will view calls with candidates that are not ultimately hired as a good opportunity to network and not wasted time- providing both candidates and hiring managers with prompt and candid feedback.
About you
* 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruiting or staffing (in-house or agency).
