POSITION SUMMARY

“Company Building” and Operations: Build and implement efficient processes and systems for day-to-day operations. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers (Legal, Finance, Audit, Comms, HR, etc.). What I need to be successful

AI/Conversational UX expertise: experience designing for AI products, conversational interfaces, or intelligent systems. Experience with chatbots, voice interfaces, or agentic AI systems strongly preferred.

5+ years as a UX designer on agile product development teams, working from inception to launch on customer-facing features, with demonstrable experience in complex, technical product domains.

The Opportunity:

Our Agentic AI Pod owns the code that lets our customers interact with Hive in new ways - via intelligent marketing and orchestration agents that understand natural language and take meaningful actions on our clients’ behalf.
