The Role

Your Mission

Your primary mission will be to establish a strong design foundation for Noloco and ensure that our platform is simple, powerful, and flexible for our users. You will define the design system for Noloco’s modular app components, redesign the mobile experience, and help shape new product features that enable businesses to build incredible software without writing code.

Success means creating a design language that feels seamless across all user-built apps, making complex workflows intuitive, and shipping fast in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You'll Be Doing

* Product & UX Design: Designing intuitive, modern, and practical experiences in Figma.

* Designing and iterating on at least 3+ new product features in your first 6-12 months.

* 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field, ideally in a B2B company.

* 3 Months: You’ve designed and launched your first product feature and have established a clear plan for Noloco’s design system.

We put a lot of effort into making our remote culture work well and meet up in person as a whole team at least once a year to ensure everyone knows everyone.
