About Lago
At Lago, we’re on a mission to make billing simpler, more transparent, and more adaptable for SaaS companies.
As the leading open-source billing platform, we empower businesses to build flexible pricing models and scale with confidence. We’ve raised over $22 million in funding from top-tier investors including Y Combinator and FirstMark, reflecting strong confidence in our vision and growth.
Our platform has garnered over 8,000 stars on GitHub, a testament to our active and growing developer community. Companies such as PayPal, Synthesia and Mistral.ai choose Lago for their billing.
We’re a team of ambitious, focused iniduals who work together to solve hard problems with excellence and accountability. At Lago, we value reliability and proactivity—we trust each other to own tasks, drive them to completion, and adapt quickly. While we encourage you to try fast and “fail fast”, we also expect you to learn fast: make mistakes, but don’t make the same one twice.
If you’re excited by challenges and want to grow alongside a high-performing, supportive team, this is the place for you.
Overview
At Lago, Support Engineers are core engineers operating at the edge of production. They debug real customer environments, ship fixes, and ensure Lago runs reliably at scale.
This is not a ticketing function: it’s hands-on software engineering.
You’ll e into Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Clickhouse and our React + TypeScript front-end to find, fix, and prevent production issues. You’ll collaborate daily with Core Engineering, Product, and Forward-Deployed teams to turn every customer interaction into product insight and reliability improvement.
You own reliability. You fix what’s broken. You strengthen the system for everyone.
What you’ll be doing
* Investigate, reproduce, and resolve production issues across Lago’s stack: Rails backend, APIs, integrations, and React front-end.
* Ship code-level fixes or patches directly to production, in collaboration with Core Engineering when needed.* Perform root-cause analysis for incidents and propose preventive improvements.* Review customer or partner pull requests (e.g., private billing integrations) and ensure safe merges.* Contribute to observability by improving logs, tracing, and alerting coverage.* Participate in post-mortems, reliability reviews, and debugging playbook improvements.* Mentor L1/L2 engineers on debugging, reproducibility, and communication best practices.* Build or enhance internal tools and automations to prevent recurring issues.* Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation for critical (Sev 1) customer issues outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, in accordance with local labor laws and the terms of your employment contract.Who you are
* An experienced Ruby on Rails engineer (or strong polyglot dev eager to master Rails).
* Familiar with PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, and Kafka.* Skilled at debugging production systems: reading logs, tracing jobs, inspecting payloads, and writing diagnostic scripts.* Comfortable with React + TypeScript front-end debugging (or eager to learn it).* Understands APIs, data consistency, and event-driven architecture.* Calm under pressure and clear in communication: especially during incidents.* Obsessed with prevention, documentation, and reliability.Who you’re not
* You don’t view “support” as reactive work: you see it as engineering in production.
* You don’t just hand off bugs: you fix them or make them preventable.* You don’t dismiss customer issues: you use them to improve the product.* You don’t operate in isolation: you collaborate across engineering, product, and customer teams.Requirements
* 6+ years of experience as a software engineer (Rails preferred).
* Proficiency in Ruby, SQL, and debugging live production systems.* Experience with background job frameworks (e.g., Sidekiq) and message queues (Kafka a plus).* Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and data integrations.* Understanding of containerized environments (Docker, AWS, CI/CD).* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and resilience.Nice to have
* Experience contributing to or supporting open-source projects.
* Familiarity with billing systems, event-driven architecture, or developer tools.* Experience with observability stacks (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, Sentry).* Exposure to frontend debugging in React and TypeScript.Growth path
* Technical: Senior Support Engineer → Staff Reliability Engineer → Core Engineering.
* Cross-functional: Forward-Deployed Engineer (integrations) or Product Engineer.* Leadership: Support Engineering Lead or Reliability Lead.At Lago, Support Engineers are our reliability champions: engineers who see production truth and make the entire product better.
Why Join Lago
You’ll join a lean, high-impact team that values clarity, speed, and craftsmanship. Your work will immediately matter: helping real customers succeed with our billing infrastructure. You’ll help shape processes, tools, and culture from the ground up, not just plug into a rigid system. If you love debugging complex systems, delighting developers, and scaling operations from zero to hundreds of customers: this is for you.

Our Company
Pax Historia is defining a new category of gameplay using the latest advancements in generative AI. Our platform brings together the depth of grand strategy with the creative freedom of a sandbox experience, all fueled by a passionate community that creates and remixes scenarios on our platform.
Please apply on Ashby.
The Role
We’re hiring social-media creators to work remotely as contractors. You will report to the Chief of Staff and the Community Manager.
Our current position:
* We have a very active international community of players.
* Pax Historia allows players to publish their own ‘presets.’ This has allowed for a huge variety of possible games for new users.* Players frequently generate interesting, funny, and highly shareable moments (AI-to-player conversations, creative maps & scenarios), but this hasn’t yet been showcased enough outside our Discord and Reddit communities.* Most of our players discovered Pax Historia after hearing about us from Youtube reviews or word-of-mouth recommendations.* We currently have a very active Discord, a semi-active Reddit, and a fairly minimal Pax Historia Wiki. What you’ll do:
* Create engaging, short-form content that gets people talking about Pax Historia.
* Produce attention-grabbing but non-spammy content.* Engage with our core audience– history and grand strategy nerds– while also reaching new audiences who might be more interested in fantasy/sci-fi/etc.* Carefully monitor your engagement statistics to see what is working and continually improve on it.* Promote a friendly gaming community. While some content can be ‘edgy’, it must remain appropriate and aligned with our community standards. How performance will be measured:
* Engagement metrics will be regularly evaluated (views, comments, shares, likes, etc.).
* The number of sign-ups you drive with your content.* Alignment between the image you promote and our vision for the game and community.Ideally, we would like to see 7 high-quality short form videos per week (ie, 1 per day).
Culture
Most of our players have discovered Pax Historia organically (friends, youtube reviews) and have stuck around because we truly care about the game we’re building. That’s why we want every one of our employees to care deeply about our product too. History, fantasy, or sci-fi nerds are especially welcome, but if you can articulate why you’d be excited to work on our game, we’d love to hear from you.
You should be self-driven, a team player, and willing to advocate for your ideas. The cofounders will not be hand-holding: their leadership strategy is to ‘get out of the way’ of employees to let them do their best work.
Your Qualifications
Core Competencies:
* You have experience running social media accounts with a significant presence or following.
* You have strong video-editing experience and skills.* You know how to effectively evaluate social media engagement metrics and are able to adapt based on them.* Experience playing Pax Historia.* Background in games and history so that you are better able to understand what our players are interested in.Product & Ownership Mindset
* You are extremely comfortable working independently.
* You own that you are helping create 'the brand' and act accordingly: you stay focused on the game and community and generate meaningful content.* You communicate early and often about audience response to your content (e.g., shifts in sentiment, feature requests, and which groups are engaging the most).* You are extremely reliable, responsive to feedback/questions, and timely.* You refuse to solely rely on existing memes and 'AI slop'; you are driven and creative.Compensation
Compensation has not been finalized. However our current thinking is we will pay around $10-$30 per eligible video (baseline), depending on relevant experience and scope.
In addition, we plan to offer performance-based bonuses for videos that perform well. Bonus tiers and payout structure may be adjusted over time as we learn what works, and we will communicate any changes in advance.
This job listing is for a part-time contractor opportunity. We are unfortunately unable to sponsor visas (other than O1) at this time. Pax Historia is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.

about us
At telli, we're building the first AI-native phone system.
Since launching last year at Y Combinator (the same investors behind Airbnb, Stripe, Twitch, Coinbase, and others), we've grown >$2M in annualized revenue with a team of only 12 people.
Today, many companies fail in their customer communication not because they don't care, but because they can't keep up. The sheer volume of calls forces to rely on low-quality outsourced call centers or have their internal teams waste hours on repetitive calls.
With telli, our customers now rely on AI voice agents that handle their repetitive calls, freeing human to focus on what matters - talking to customers when it counts. The result: higher efficiency, happier teams, and better customer experiences.
Legacy phone systems weren’t designed for an AI-first world. That is why we are building the first AI-native phone system that lets companies manage both their human and AI teams on one platform.
Our founding team knows this problem inside-out. We ran a 150-person internal call center at Enpal. We know how difficult and expensive it is to scale high-quality customer experience with phone calls.
The opportunity is massive!!! and we're just getting started. We're on a mission to let every company provide a world-class customer experience by ending the era of low-quality call centers.
what you’ll do:
*
generate qualified pipeline to help 10x telli’s revenue over the next year\*
identify the right prospects and engage with them\*
drive outreach across multiple channels including email, linkedin and phone\*
build and manage relationships with customers\*
manage pipeline and maintain CRM tooling\*
shape telli’s GTM motion, build a repeatable sales process & refine outreach strategies\what makes you a great fit:
*
you have previous sales experience in startups or other fast-moving environments\*
you have consistently exceeded your targets or KPIs\*
you have strong business sense to understand problems and needs of different companies\*
you’re are hands-on and not afraid of doing unglamorous work\*
you’re a strong communicator in both English and German\*
you want to work with smart and friendly people with (self-reported) low ego\*
you want to work on-site 5 days a week in Berlin\you may _ not _ make a good fit if:
*
you need detailed instructions and shy away from taking responsibility\*
you lack basic product understanding\*
you're only interested in high-level \\"strategic\\" work\*
you don't enjoy direct customer interaction\*
you have never sold something\*
you prefer working remotely\*

* Build and own production machine learning systems end-to-end: from data modeling and feature engineering to training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
* Design and implement data pipelines that turn raw, messy real-world healthcare data into reliable features for machine learning models.* Train and evaluate models for ranking, prioritization, and prediction problems (for example, identifying high-risk or high-priority cases).* Deploy models into production as reliable services or batch jobs, with clear versioning, monitoring, and rollback strategies.* Work closely with backend engineers and product leaders to integrate machine learning into real workflows and decision-making systems.* Make architectural decisions around model choice, evaluation metrics, retraining cadence, and system guardrails — balancing accuracy, explainability, reliability, and operational constraints.* Collaborate directly with founders and engineers to translate product and operational needs into scalable, maintainable machine learning solutions. What We’re Looking For
* At least 3 years of experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production.
* Strong foundation in machine learning for structured (tabular) data, including feature engineering, regression or classification models, and ranking or prioritization problems.* Experience with the full machine learning lifecycle: data preparation, train/test splitting, evaluation, deployment, retraining, and monitoring.* Solid backend engineering skills: writing production-quality code, building services or batch jobs, and working with databases and data pipelines.* Good system design instincts: you understand trade-offs between model complexity, reliability, latency, scalability, and maintainability.* Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and ambiguity.* Ability to clearly explain modeling choices, assumptions, and limitations to non-machine-learning stakeholders.Bonus:
* Experience working with healthcare or operational decision-support systems.
* Experience building or integrating LLM systems in production, such as retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, or structured prompting workflows.* Prior startup experience or founder mindset — we value ownership, pragmatism, and bias toward shipping.* Experience with model monitoring, data drift detection, or ML infrastructure tooling. Why join
* Learn from seasoned Google engineers: As former Google engineers who built systems at YouTube and Google Pay, we’ve operated at massive scale. Working alongside us gives you a chance to build similar systems and learn best practices, scale thinking, and software design deeply.
* High impact: At a small but ambitious team, your contributions will influence architecture, product direction, and core features. You will have real ownership and see the effects of your work quickly.* Grow fast: We’re iterating rapidly; you’ll be exposed to the full stack, AI/ML pipelines, system architecture, data modeling, and product-level decisions — a fast-track to becoming a senior engineer or technical lead.* Challenging and meaningful work: We’re tackling the hardest part of software engineering: bridging AI-generated prototypes and robust, scalable enterprise-grade systems. If you enjoy thinking deeply about systems and building reliable, maintainable foundations — this is for you.",

SnapMagic is building the digital growth engine for the global electronics industry.
Our core platform, SnapMagic Search (formerly SnapEDA), already reaches 2M+ engineers annually and is the default discovery layer for electronic components. We’re now scaling SnapMagic Copilot, built on a proprietary dataset of 10M+ components, serving as the discovery and demand layer for the global electronics industry.
This role owns what ships next — and how fast it ships. We’re hiring a Director of Engineering & Product to own software, product judgment, and execution velocity end-to-end.
Read this first
This is not a role where you manage from a distance.
You build. You decide. You ship.
You do things ~3× faster than what most teams think is reasonable, without breaking trust, correctness, or scalability. You move fast because you understand the system deeply — not because you cut corners blindly. If you need long runways, perfect clarity, or heavy process to be effective, this will not be a fit.
Your job
Your job is simple and demanding:
Figure out what actually matters, build it fast, and make sure it works at scale.
You don’t inherit requirements — you interrogate them.
You don’t wait for clarity — you create it.You don’t optimize for elegance — you optimize for momentum that holds up in production.Strategy only exists here to unlock execution.
Process only exists if it increases shipping speed. What you’ll personally drive
You will directly own and move the most important systems forward, including:
* SnapMagic Copilot (LLMs, training loops, correctness, iteration speed)
* Recommendation and relevance systems* Scaling a high-usage platform and ads system under real loadYou will:
* Stay hands-on in the code (~30–40%), shipping production-quality work weekly
* Go deep into core systems: data models, ERDs, search, infra, performance, reliability* Take immediate ownership of bug and feature triage* Drive the product roadmap with the CEO — align once, then execute independently* Write clear system designs so engineers can move fast without thrash* Run weekly sprints that actually ship outcomes, not activity* Make explicit tradeoffs when speed beats elegance* Kill over-engineering and shallow progress* Communicate what shipped and why — no mysteriesSuccess is measured in shipping speed, reliability, adoption, and business impact — not tickets, specs, or theory.
How you lead
You raise the bar by example.
You create clarity so engineers can crank without constant checks.
You hire people who prioritize progress over polish. You build ownership and tech leadership so velocity compounds over time. You lead by building — not by ceremony.
This role is for you if
* You’re a builder first — coding is how you think
* You move materially faster than most strong engineers your level* You go deep before you go wide* You can live with sub-optimal solutions when the business demands momentum* You make high-judgment product and technical tradeoffs quickly* You unblock yourself and others without hand-holding* You care more about shipping than statusPeople who succeed here develop unusually strong technical and product judgment early because the responsibility is real, the scope is large, and the bar does not move.
This role is not for you if
* You want to manage instead of build
* You over-engineer before validating* You need perfect clarity to start* You prefer “interesting” problems over urgent business needs* You think you’re too senior to write code* You move at consensus speedWhy this is rare
* You’ll own all of software engineering and product for a platform used by or 2 million professional engineers
* You’ll build and scale a new product in a massive industry* You’ll operate with high trust, high autonomy, and high expectations* You’ll work directly with the CEO on real decisions* Your scope grows with results, not titleIf you do this well, the role naturally evolves into Head of Engineering → VP of Engineering.
If this feels energizing
Send:
* GitHub or LinkedIn
* A short note on something complex you built end-to-end* One example of shipping under real constraints when speed matteredBenefits
At SnapMagic, you'll work alongside bright, passionate teammates on a mission to revolutionize the $1.3 trillion electronics industry. The role won’t always be easy—but it will push you to grow, expose you to a wide range of challenges, and give you the chance to accelerate your career faster than most environments allow. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one—and along the way, many of our team members build lifelong friendships and gain experience that shapes their future. Here’s what we offer:
Mission & Impact
* Make your mark – Play a key role in revolutionizing the $1.3T electronics industry by building tools engineers rely on every day
* Real ownership – We empower you to drive decisions, lead initiatives, and see the impact of your work firsthandTeam & Culture
* Tight-knit team – Join a high-trust, low-ego group of passionate builders who care deeply about the mission and each other
* Collaborative environment – We value transparency, shared context, and fast iteration across functions* Meaningful relationships – Many teammates form lifelong friendships along the wayWork Environment
* Catered lunches – Provided during in-office days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) to simplify your workweek
If you want true end-to-end ownership of complex, high-impact systems — and take pride in building things people actually want, fast — we want to hear from you.

We’re now scaling SnapMagic Copilot, built on a proprietary dataset of 10M+ components, serving as the discovery and demand layer for the global electronics industry.
We’ve doubled revenue since our seed round with a small team operating at a very high bar.
What we need now is someone to turn momentum into a machine.
The role
We’re hiring a Head of Operations to own and run all operations end-to-end.
This is not a coordination role.
This is not a strategy-only role. This is not an advisor role. This is a builder role for someone who takes pride in making things work — reliably and cleanly like clockwork.
Your mission is simple and demanding: Build and run a well-oiled operational machine so the company can scale at an ever-faster pace. You own clarity, cadence, and follow-through across the company. When something is unclear, broken, or slow — you take responsibility for making it work.
What you’ll do
You will own business operations, people operations, internal tooling, and executive operations end-to-end.
You will:
* Run the company’s weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms with discipline and consistency
* Own finance and revenue operations: payroll, commissions, invoicing, forecasting, dashboards, expense hygiene, and cash flow* Own recruiting and people operations: hiring pipelines, onboarding, compliance, and internal enablement* Maintain clean, reliable systems across HubSpot, financial tooling, documentation, and internal workflows* Own executive operations, including company cadences and all-hands execution* Design, automate, and improve processes — while ensuring things work accurately before they are automated* Take ownership of ambiguous, unplanned, and “gnarly” operational issues and resolve them decisively* Rally engineers, vendors, and teammates directly to make systems work — without default escalationYour bar is simple and high: the trains run on time. When they don’t, it’s visible, owned, and fixed.
What this role is not
This role is not for someone who:
* Wants to merely advise or coordinate
* Needs perfect process before acting* Avoids accountability or ownership* Wants narrowly scoped responsibilities* Prefers strategy over executionWhat we offer
* Competitive salary and meaningful equity
* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* 401(k) (non-matching)* Commuter benefits* Catered lunches on in-office days* A sharp, low-ego, fast-moving, results-driven teamHow we work

* Remote: Tuesday, ThursdayThis role is for someone who:
* Has owned operations at a seed or Series A startup and knows where systems break first
* Is obsessively detail-oriented while thinking in systems, not checklists* Asks incisive questions to unblock execution, not to delay decisions* Gets satisfaction from things working cleanly and repeatedly* Is calm under pressure and steady in high-responsibility environments* Holds themselves to standards higher than anyone else will* Values action over commentary and ownership over proximity",

SnapMagic is building the digital growth engine for the global electronics industry.
SnapMagic sits directly inside the engineering workflow - the moment where design decisions are made - and turns that intent into measurable demand, influence, and revenue for component manufacturers. Think digital marketing, demand intelligence, and ROI attribution for hardware.
Our core platform (formerly SnapEDA) already reaches 2M+ engineers annually and is the default discovery layer for electronic components. We’re now scaling SnapMagic Copilot, built on a proprietary dataset of 10M+ components, serving as the discovery and demand layer for the global electronics industry.
This is a category-defining opportunity.
We’re hiring a Head of Sales to build the revenue engine behind it.
Since our seed round, we’ve doubled revenue with a small team operating at a very high bar. The demand is real. The market is ready. What’s missing is a sales leader who can turn momentum into a streamlined, repeatable engine.
What you’ll do
Read this carefully: this is a builder role, not a delegator role.
This is a hands-on, execution-first role for someone who wants to own outcomes:
* You will personally run a high volume of discovery calls, proposals, and closes until the motion is proven.
* You will personally define the sales motion by selling repeatedly and learning from real customer interactions.* You will set the standard for excellence through examples, templates, playbooks, and execution* You will prepare and run weekly sales, pipeline, and forecast meetings* You will ensure operational discipline: if it isn’t in HubSpot, it didn’t happen. You operate with total transparency and precision. The role has two phases:
* Phase 1: Sell personally, define the motion
* Phase 2: Recruit and lead the teamResponsibilities
* Own, run, and deliver revenue end-to-end

Miniswap is a marketplace for complex hobbies, starting with Warhammer.
We're looking for a founding full-stack engineer who is passionate about their hobbies -- whether it be Warhammer, Magic: The Gathering, mechanical keyboards, fountain pens, you name it.
We have an opinionated tech stack: deep use of PostgreSQL (composite types, functions, etc), Rust for our monolith, and HTMX with modern vanilla JS/CSS. Our mentality is to extract the utmost value we can get out of these technologies before introducing additional infrastructure and frameworks. You won’t be dealing with ORMs, npm, React, etc.
You should have familiarity with our stack, but prior professional Rust and HTMX experience is not a requirement. If you're excited to learn, and you're passionate about what we're building, that's enough for us.
As a founding engineer, you need to have a strong sense of ownership and autonomy, such that you can help shape our roadmap and design and implement features end-to-end.

Chestnut is hiring a part-time Growth Lead to help Americans save billions of dollars per year.
This is a 20hr/wk+ role if done part-time. We are also hiring full-time (see our other job posting).
Chestnut
Chestnut is the first AI mortgage lender. Our AI agents automate the mortgage process and save consumers 0.5%+ in interest.
Founder Spencer Brown’s last startup built software used by a top-10 mortgage lender to power $85B+ of loan volume and all aspects of loan processing. During that time he learned how AI could be used to automate the mortgage process and save consumers billions of dollars per year. Every year, companies spend over a trillion dollars moving freight across the U.S. — but for the carriers actually moving that freight, the process of finding and booking loads is still noisy, impersonal, and frustrating. FleetWorks is fixing that.
We’re building voice agents that transform the chaotic freight booking process into a modern, intelligent marketplace. To succeed, we need to meet carriers where they are, speak their language, and build a brand they trust implicitly.
This is where you come in. We're looking for an ownership-minded marketer to build our carrier marketing engine from the ground up. You will be a true owner of the FleetWorks Carrier voice, interacting directly with the trucking community, managing our public presence, and shaping how the industry perceives us. Whether you are behind the camera or managing the talent that is, you will be the bridge between our product and the people who use it.
In this role, you'll be the face of FleetWorks to our carrier community. You’ll obsess over how well they know, adopt and recommend FleetWorks. You’ll build content and programs that interact directly with carriers, manage our public presence across channels, and shape how the trucking community perceives us.
What you’ll do
*
**Craft the voice of the FleetWorks Carrier Product:** Work directly with the executive team to craft a brand persona that is \\"intimidatingly competent yet welcoming\\"—a voice that commands respect in the industry but welcomes newcomers.\*
**Define our content approach and social presence:** You will be responsible for shipping content daily, whether that involves being comfortable in front of the camera yourself or identifying and managing a \\"face\\" for the brand. Manage and create accounts across key platforms like TikTok, Reddit, X, Facebook, and beyond.\*
**Build the community:** Engage with comments, DMs, and posts across the web. You aren't just broadcasting; you are building relationships and trust with carriers. Determine the role IRL touchpoints play in building carrier community.\*
**Drive growth through influence:** Identify and manage relationships with content creators and industry influencers to expand our reach. Build and manage a referral program that accelerates how carriers talk about FleetWorks with their peers.\*
**Drive product signups and engagement:** Use whatever channels you need to drive interest and engagement in our carrier product.\*
**Manage carrier communication programs including referrals:** Own our email calendar, and collaborate with the carrier ops and product marketing teams to optimize communication to carriers and scale WOM through our nascent referral and reviews programs.\*
**Close the product loop:** Synthesize \\"word of mouth\\" feedback from social channels and communities to help the product team build what carriers actually need.\*
**Leverage AI:** Use AI tools intelligently to speed up content workflows without ever sacrificing quality or authenticity.\What we look for
*
**Past experience in the trucking industry a bonus, but not required**\*
**Experience managing and growing social media accounts:** You have a proven track record of building audiences and increasing engagement across major platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, etc.). You understand the nuances of each channel and how to optimize content for them.\*
**Fast iteration and tracking:** You bring a growth hacking mindset, using A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to constantly optimize campaigns and find new growth levers.\*
**Content creation & strategy:** You have experience producing high-quality content—including video, graphics, and copy—and managing editorial calendars to ensure consistent delivery.\*
**A builder mindset:** You are entrepreneurial and comfortable building a brand following from nothing. You don't need a playbook; you write it.\*
**Experimentation & A/B testing:** You bring a growth hacking mindset, using A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to constantly optimize campaigns and find new growth levers.\*
**Tool proficiency:** Experience with modern marketing stacks, such as CRM systems analytics tools, and creative software.\*
**On-camera comfort:** You are ready to be the face of the brand daily, or you have the network and skills to identify direct someone who is.\How we'll get to know each other
*
**Quick call with Bailey or Megan:** Members of the people team, to share your goals, what you’ve built that you’re proud of, and see if there is alignment.\*
**Content Portfolio / Audit:** We'll ask you to share examples of communities you've built or content you've created.\*
**Live Strategy Session:** A 45-min session with a founder to jam on ideas for a launch campaign or brand voice definition.\*
**Paid Work Trial:** A short, paid project where you might draft a week of content or outline a creator strategy, so we can see how you work and you can get to know us.\*
**Reference Check:** We talk with your references to understand how to best support your development.\*
**Transparent Offer:** Clearly outlining cash, equity, and value.\What we offer
*
**Top tier cash and equity compensation:** We aim to be above the 75th percentile for high-growth startups.\*
**Competitive benefits:** Medical, dental, and vision.\*
**Remote flexibility:** Work from anywhere in the Midwest, with travel wherever you need to be to spread the word about FleetWorks.\*
**High-velocity growth:** The opportunity to learn quickly, shape a brand from scratch, and be rewarded for your impact.\",

About Us
Delty is building the healthcare’s AI operating system. We create voice-based and computer-based assistants that streamline clinical workflows, reduce administrative burden, and help providers focus on patient care. Our system learns from real healthcare environments to deliver reliable, context-aware support that improves efficiency and elevates the provider experience.
Delty was founded by former engineering leaders from Google, including co-founders with deep experience at YouTube and in large-scale infrastructure. You’ll get to work alongside people who built massive systems at scale — a chance to learn a lot and contribute meaningfully from day one.
We believe in solving hard problems together as a team, iterating quickly, and building software with long-term thinking and ownership.
What You’ll Do
* Work full-stack: design and build features spanning front-end, back-end, data storage and processing.
* Build new product modules and services from scratch — or evolve existing ones — guided by context-aware system design.* Work with AI and machine learning: integrate large-language models (LLMs), process large or long-form text data, apply traditional ML (e.g. regression, data pipelines), and build tooling around AI-driven flows.* Make architectural decisions — choose frameworks, data models, APIs, storage solutions — balancing trade-offs between performance, scalability, maintainability, and complexity.* Collaborate closely with co-founders and other engineers to translate product vision into a working, maintainable codebase. What We’re Looking For
* At least 3 years of full-stack engineering experience, including substantial work with AI/ML.
* Strong skills across front-end, back-end, databases/data storage — and demonstrated ability to design end-to-end systems.* Experience working with or integrating AI/ML — LLMs, data pipelines, long-form text processing, traditional ML like regression or statistical modeling.* Good design sense and architectural thinking: you understand trade-offs (scalability vs complexity, speed vs maintainability) and can choose wisely based on constraints.* Comfort working in a fast-paced startup-style environment: nimble, iterative, high ownership.* Bonus: prior startup experience, or even having been a founder — we value entrepreneurial thinking, self-direction, and willingness to wear multiple hats.

This is a true generalist role where you'll wear many hats and have a direct impact on our growth trajectory. You'll be the go-to person for critical operational work that doesn't fit neatly into engineering or product. One day you might be running a customer PoC, the next you're helping refine our outbound strategy or triaging urgent customer issues. You'll get deep exposure to every part of the business and work directly with the founders daily. If you want to learn how to build a company from the ground up and are capable of self-direction, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do

* Own founder operations: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, triage inbound requests across email/Slack/LinkedIn, and keep the founders focused on high-leverage work* Manage customer communications: Help push the ball forward for ongoing conversations, coordinate responses, escalate issues, and ensure timely follow-through on commitments.* Drive marketing and social presence: Manage our LinkedIn accounts, coordinate content, engage with our community, and help build our brand* Build automations and improve processes: Create workflows, scripts, and automations to make operations more efficient (Zapier, Make, Clay, or custom solutions)* Support outbound efforts: Help with lead generation, outreach campaigns, and early-stage prospecting.* Triage and coordinate issues: Help route technical issues to the right people, track resolution, and keep customers updated.* Handle special projects: Take on one-off initiatives that are critical but don't fit elsewhere. Research, analysis, operations, whatever needs doingYou Might Be a Good Fit If
* You're highly organized and detail-oriented. You never miss a follow-up or let things slip
* You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can represent the company professionally.* You're comfortable jumping on calls and taking thorough, actionable notes* You're technically curious and can build basic automations or learn to do so quickly* You can context-switch quickly between different types of work* You're scrappy and resourceful; you figure things out and don't wait to be told what to do* You want to understand how startups work from the inside and are considering starting your own company someday* You thrive in unstructured environments and can prioritize effectively when everything feels urgent* You're based in (or willing to relocate to) the Bay Area, or can work effectively as a remote team memberNice to Have
* Previous experience at a startup
* Familiarity with developer tools or cybersecurity* Experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Clay) or light scripting* Prior exposure to customer-facing roles or sales operations* Experience managing social media for B2B companies* Experience with CRM tools and project management software tools like LinearWhy Join Zeropath
