All of this reduces a lot of conflict and saves people a ton of money in legal fees.

The biggest problem to solve first is our mobile design. (Our product is a PWA, not a native app.) We designed our product desktop-first, and simply made it responsive for mobile. We’d like to upend that thinking, and design a mobile-first experience instead. Improvements there will also flow into our desktop experience.

We’ve conducted desktop usability studies, but we haven’t done any mobile-specific user research. Improving our mobile experience will improve user engagement and satisfaction – especially as we validate the changes we make with customers.

Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Verpackungsdesigns gemäß Corporate Design oder Layout-Vorgabe
• Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Reinzeichnungen und druckfähigen Daten für verschiedene Packmittel (z. B. Etiketten, Faltschachteln, Dosen, Trays, Schlauchbeutel)
• Umsetzung von Sprach- und Sortenadaptionen
• Technische Prüfung und Aufbereitung der Daten gemäß den Anforderungen verschiedener Druckverfahren (Flexo, Tiefdruck, Offset)
• Anwendung von kundenspezifischen Richtlinien sowie gesetzlichen Vorgaben (z. B. LMIV, Kosmetikverordnung)

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mediengestalter*in Digital und Print oder ein vergleichbares Studium
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Reinzeichnung und Druckvorstufe
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Packaging-Bereich
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Adobe Illustrator
• Erfahrung mit Esko-Software (z. B. Deskpack, ArtPro+) von Vorteil
• Fundiertes Wissen über Verpackungsdruck und Anforderungen verschiedener Druckverfahren
