Objectives

• • Implement a new deployment strategy to support multi-region production Kubernetes clusters to support our expanding Enterprise clients.
  • Monitor and maintain multiple Kubernetes clusters
  • Develop Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to improve our performance visibility and reliability

Responsibilities

• • The engineering team is our primary customer, improve their deployment experience whenever possible
  • Optimize Continuous Integration (CI) workflows
  • Improve and maintain our custom TypeScript deployment tools
  • Automate as much as possible using Terraform and CloudFormation
  • Reduce disaster recovery complexity and recovery time

Skills that you need to be successful in the role

• • 3+ years coding in a general-purpose language (for example: TypeScript, Ruby, Python, Golang, Rust, etc.)
  • 3+ years working with Docker and multi-stage builds
  • Experience with one of the major cloud infrastructure vendors – AWS, Azure, GCE

Nice to have

Role

Working closely with the research & engineering director, the research operations director will serve as a key problem-solver driving the success of the Research & Engineering practice’s operations. About the Role:

Ramp’s first Technical Account Manager will be on the frontlines working to establish partnerships with Ramp customers, and act as a liaison between customers and our internal technical teams. The Senior SharePoint Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining Enterprise customized SharePoint and M365 applications. Day in the Life

The Information Security Officer (ISO) will report to the CTIO and is responsible for maintaining an enterprise-wide security program to protect the Company’s information, assets, and personnel. The ISO will ensure that the security program remains aligned to the ISO 2700x and NIST security frameworks, and that the company maintains its current TISAX certification and SOC 2 Type 2 attestation. This person will help drive the overall success of the payout annuity valuation team and the company’s critical financial reporting obligations. This position is also responsible for performing Statutory, GAAP and Tax valuation of payout annuities, which lasts about 3 weeks each quarter. For actuarial positions within the Actuarial Program, we aim to develop employees both through completion of actuarial examination and through practical experience. Metabase is looking for a customer-focused, highly technical Success Engineer to join our growing global team! We are looking for someone who loves data analytics, enjoys helping others, and is excited to work for a startup to help drive our Success Engineering team’s mission to help our customers be successful by guiding them on how to get data from all the various places it lives, transform it into useful shapes, or to convert their questions into actual queries that can be executed. You will help our customers design Metabase and everything around it to work best for their unique situations and troubleshooting issues as they occur.

A typical day will involve a mix of: helping our users (one to one), writing up your solutions to help our entire user community (one to many) and helping us maintain our reference applications. Any given week, you might talk to our users to hear what they’re trying to accomplish, construct SQL queries to analyze data in Metabase, drop into a programming language to debug an embedding issue, or collaborate with our writing team.
