ABOUT THE ROLE

Stitch Fix is looking for a Lead Application Security Engineer to help secure our platforms and lead efforts to engineer, onboard and support Security initiatives (Design Review, Secure Development Lifecycle, Network Security, Cloud Security, etc).

In partnership with engineering, architecture and procurement, the role functions as a collaborator in driving the implementation, support and evangelization of advanced security enablement focused on protecting and safeguarding the organization’s security posture.

The inidual in this role will be part of the Security Engineering Team and work closely with security and all other teams at Stitch Fix in order to track, monitor, status and report against improvements to our security posture. The candidate should have strong experience with security design reviews, GRC functions, project management tools, services, applications, and programs, while working collaboratively in a production cloud environment.

Our team members partner, collaborate, communicate, share, educate, document and learn while continuing the pursuit of keeping Stitch Fix secure. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills (both verbally, coordination, and documentation). REQUISITE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Skills we are looking for are broad; Experience organizing and planning security design reviews, identifying and aligning GRC policies to projects and product, coordination, planning and process development and consistent communication relating to the architecting, engineering, building, deploying, and maintaining programs delivering dedicated focus on our application security landscape. We are open to Security Product and Project Managers, Scrum Masters and/or Agile experts committed to success, and a driven focus on delivery and working within a team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey business, risk and technical concepts to stakeholders and communicate clear guidance on security issues.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to collaborate and assist junior team members, and lead security initiatives.
• Written / verbal communication skills – producing and delivering process, presentations and documentation on team deliverables and progress against objectives.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience leading and delivering GRC and/or application security programs.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and their impact on security practices. Understanding of cloud security concepts is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. • Deliver required staffing forecasts for annual budgeting along with revisions based on changing planning initiatives.
• Direct and lead all aspects of scheduling function to exhibit outstanding processes to level employee engagement and service level efficiencies to drive occupancy and financial ascendancy.
• Lead staffing Resource Plan and associated meetings to ensure that operations is accurately staffed and within budget for all front line staff positions within the Contact Center Services & Solutions; Partner with the Workforce Manager, Training, Human Resources, and Operations Management to ensure timely recruiting and training of staff additions and replacements.
• Manage Real Time workforce volumes, performance, reporting, and anomalies to advise intraday performance and actions across multiple lines of businesses. This includes Daily Division and Department Dashboards, service level analysis, service level penalty analysis, trend analysis, objective tracking, etc.
• Use information from other isions to forecast impact of business continuity plans, conversions, etc. and provide associated staffing requirements given all constraining parameters; Partner with key stakeholders and develop recommendations for unusual/changing conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances that may warrant management attention and/or changes to existing processes within CCSS, FDWC, and/or DOC.
• Analyze pertinent production related statistical data, making recommendations for improvement; Respond to requests for analysis regarding staffing conditions within the ision; Actively participate in operational discussions and provide analysis and insight on “what if” scenarios.
• Provide reconciliations of forecast to clear identify drivers of variances and impacts to service level results. Utilize this information to improve the forecasting/staffing processes.
• Implement and lead a Change Control process for CCSS, FDWC, and/or DOC considering all stakeholder groups.
• Oversight and management of real-time overtime, ACD skilling & priorities, and training schedules. As well as monitoring and management of real time schedule adherence.
• Run the system administration for the NICE/IEX TotalView workforce management application. Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

• Provide direction and leadership to staff; guide, coach, mentor and develop staff ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
• Handle interviewing, hiring, promotions, transfers, performance appraisals, compensation, counseling and termination of staff
• Develop and maintain staff by applying the necessary training and leadership that will allow internal growth and advancement

Position Specifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Advanced Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Business Management) or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master’s degree in statistical analysis preferred.

Security Operations

• Responsible for the design and management of cyber defenses; Incident Response and Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring to ensure rapid identification and mitigation of security incidents

Their role is to challenge the entire team to think more deeply about security. About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to be a part of our growing Data Science team. You’ll be responsible for partnering directly with business teams to develop and maintain the LookML data schema in Looker to enable self-service for front-end users and Analysts to access common business data needs.

About this role

We believe technology will play a critical role in enabling the next generation of cash delivery operations: from identifying recipients without needing to knock on doors to a modern payments infrastructure that gets dollars in recipients’ hands faster and more scalably. We are seeking a data associate responsible for designing and implementing our data systems for enrolling and paying recipients.

This role is an opportunity to deepen your project management skills and gain experience writing code.
