• Serve as a strategic leader as part of our data science & machine learning team, with responsibility for Xometry’s pricing strategy

Qualifications

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. About The Role

A Level 2 Analyst is a subject matter expert responsible for managing threats, disseminating information, and handling, responding to and investigating all incident escalations from the Security Operations Center. Finally, Level 2 members will work with the SIEM/SOAR Engineers to develop and refine use cases within Microsoft Sentinel focusing on emerging threats.

The SOC Analyst reports to the SOC Manager and works in conjunction with the other team members to keep projects delivered on time and within budget.

Knowledge and Experience

To be successful in this position, a candidate should have at least two years of hands-on experience as a Level 2 SOC analyst leveraging Microsoft Sentinel, M365 Defender products, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud in production environments. Teamwork and collaboration skills will be critical for this role. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and experience with the SOC framework and be confident in their ability to make recommendations to improve upon operations.

Certification Path

About the Role

Orchard's engineering team values clarity, collaboration, and ownership. Our Consumer team builds the systems behind Orchard's website and the tools that help agents reach new customers. We focus on helping people explore homes, book consultations, and connect with our agents.

Our site serves over 150k unique visitors each month and sees about 700k pageviews. The team partners closely with marketing, product, and design to support new campaigns, track performance, and ensure the site is fast and reliable at scale.

You'll work on the backend systems that make this possible. That means building and improving APIs, data services, and integrations that support both customers and agents. Your work will touch many parts of the systems our team owns. We build and maintain the services that bring new customers into Orchard, from the public website and intake flows, to scheduling and consultation booking. We also support the tools that help our agents work with those customers, like managing and syncing leads, powering outreach, and maintaining privacy and consent systems that keep customer data safe and compliant.

You'll work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to plan and ship projects. The team is small and moves quickly, so you'll have real ownership and visibility in your work. We use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude in our daily work, and look for engineers who are curious about how these tools can make development faster and more effective.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in our New York office (2 days per week).

What You'll Do Here

• Build and maintain APIs and backend services that power Orchard's website and internal tools. Most of our stack uses Qwik on the frontend and Python with Postgres and OpenSearch on the backend, though some other services use Angular and Go.
• Work with product and design to turn ideas into clear, well-scoped projects.
• Debug and improve core services to make them faster and more reliable as we prepare for national growth over the next 12-18 months.
• Ensure our systems can scale smoothly as our user base continues to grow.
• Write clean, tested code that's easy to understand and maintain.
• Help improve developer workflows, testing, and documentation.
• Take part in on-call rotations and own the systems you build.

Job Summary

This job involves working as an engineer in the Metering & Regulating (M&R) / Gas Plants organization, utilizing a broad knowledge of business and engineering principles and practices acquired through progressive experience. Based on the value of the Gas utility infrastructure, the number of customers (over 1.8 million) served and total Gas sales (over 158,800 MMCF) places PSE&G Gas Transmission & Distribution in the top ten of all Gas Utilities in the United States. This position focuses M&R station project work, providing technical assistance through the application of engineering and business knowledge, maintain and develop M&R station design criteria and integrate new equipment into existing or new designs. The position will be hybrid fixed and based primarily out of Harrison. The position will require travel throughout the service territory to various office and field sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct engineering work utilizing engineering principles and practices and adapting it to the assigned discipline in support of work planning and facilities design of natural gas system requirements associated with the M&R / Gas Plants Capital programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work with M&R supervisors to understand operational and maintenance issues at our field locations.
• Work with M&R supervisors to develop plans to improve operations and efficiency through process improvements and modernization.

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer oriented Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. This is a hybrid position with 1-2 days onsite and 2-3 days remote.

As an Operations Engineer , you will have the opportunity to grow your knowledge and skills as a member of the Cloud Operations Team for a NAVSEA cloud infrastructure program. The Cloud Ops team includes technical, security and programmatic related requirements as well as providing ongoing support to the engineering and cyber teams. You will collaborate with a skilled team of peers in support of the cloud operations of the platform. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain and troubleshoot AWS and Azure compute assets, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server instances

• An active CompTIA Security certification or a higher-level DoD-approved security certification is required
• Must obtain the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or any AWS Associate- or Professional-level certification within 3 months of hire
