Job Summary
The Sr. IT Program Manager is responsible for the management of multiple Project Managers, which are embedded with our Product Oriented Delivery Teams. The Sr Program Manager will be responsible for the SI scope management and ensuring the delivery of all milestones and deliverables outlined. Additionally, they will oversee all aspects of assigned programs throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, and time and cost constraints. Supervises inidual project managers. Ensures accurate allocations of resources throughout the program. Leads multi- disciplinary teams, composed of various levels of personnel, vendors, and clients to create and deploy successful programs. The Sr Program Manager will be responsible for working closely with our SAP PMO, SI and PMOQA Partners, as well as internal teams, ensure adherence to scope and the identification and mitigation of technical impediments. Programs may contain elements of work outside of the scope of the discrete projects in the program.
The main purpose of the role is to deliver strategic value of a business-aligned SAP Modernization Program through effective team and initiative management. The Sr. IT Program Manager works with peers to shape portfolio needs and ensure that the inidual disciplines are aligned towards meeting the strategic goals of the SAP Modernization Project. The resource will use their proven experience managing complex programs to improve business experience, minimize technical debt, and ensure successful delivery of projects. Role will support business and IT leaders to plan, scope, and develop programs and projects to implement business-aligned IT strategies. Develops and manages internal resources to continuously deliver technology and process value within an IT Tower or product aligned portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Project Managers ensuring adherence to Project Deliverable, Milestones in accordance with PMO Stage Gate Processes and Governance Frameworks and SoWs.
- Lead and manage programs by coordinating activities and delivery across multiple, related projects or work streams that span technology and areas.
- Ensures program meets schedule and scope targets.
- Identify, develop mitigation plans, and monitor to drive timely and effective escalation and risk/issue resolution.
- Manage and/or escalate issues and/or complications and respond well to time pressures.
- Track dependencies and risks, and assessing change impact across interdependent work streams and projects.
- Capture all pertinent actions and decisions.
- Provide oversight and guidance to those managing smaller projects within specific business unit domain.

Job Summary
This is an Operational Technology (OT) role embedded in the TerraForm Power Remote Operations Centre, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network perimeters for wind, solar, and battery storage operations with a focus on NERC CIP compliant architecture. - Serve as the technical owner for firewall‑related CIP controls (for example CIP‑005, CIP‑007, CIP‑010), including configuration baselines, access controls, logging, and evidence collection.
- Establish and enforce configuration baselines, access controls, evidence collection, and audit‑ready documentation.
- Run structured change management programs for firewall and WAF policies, including risk assessment, testing, approvals, and post‑implementation review.
- Support audits, self‑assessments, and impact ratings; assist with personnel risk assessment and vendor risk management where applicable.

The Senior MES Engineer is a strong technical subject matter expert (SME) responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions within the Devens Cell Therapy Facility. This position serves as a technical subject matter expert-supporting operations, troubleshooting issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving the adoption of digital solutions that enhance manufacturing performance.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience as an MES Engineer (or equivalent role) within the Biologics, Pharmaceutical, or Cell/Gene Therapy industries.
Strong expertise in Emerson Syncade MES, including recipe authoring and troubleshooting.
Proven ability to understand manufacturing processes and translate business needs into MES solutions.
Skills:

Compensation
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $125,000 - $139,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on inidual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Required Skills & Experience
