Job Description:
Hi! We’re Jerry.ai. We’re building the first AI-powered AllCar™ super app to make car ownership affordable, seamless, and even magical. From insurance to repairs to road safety, we’re connecting the entire car ownership experience into one mobile-first platform. Our revenue has grown 60x in the last 5 years, we’re profitable, and our goal is to scale from 5M → 50M users next.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Marketplace Automation Team, building automation systems that let our users self-serve, stay insured, and get the smoothest experience possible. This is a rare opportunity to work on software that directly impacts millions of users, automate complex business processes, and shape the future of insurance tech.
Why you’ll love working here
Real world impact: Your code touches millions of end users every day. Our automation systems already handle complex tasks like document uploads/verification, policy changes, payment, cancellations, and renewals — now we need to make them faster, smarter, and more seamless.
Meaningful work: Build tools that automate hundreds of human agent hours and scale our business efficiently. You’ll tackle different types of challenges every day, learning both the technical and business sides of our core products.
Zero bureaucracy: Have an idea? Pitch it, implement it, and see it live in days. No red tape, no slow-moving processes.
Brilliant + supportive teammates: Work with talented and kind engineers, product managers, and data scientists. Be in an environment that encourages challenging the status quo, innovation, collaboration, and helping each other succeed.
Flexibility: Work on projects that excite you. Explore new technologies, like AI/LLM tools, early — without bureaucracy slowing you down. Remote-friendly and flexible work arrangements allowing you to balance life and work, even internationally.
Growth + learning: Engineers at Jerry get to take a ton of ownership, swim outside their lanes, level up quickly, and mentor others. Everyone is passionate, involved, and cares intensely about their work and their teammates.
What you’ll do
Build automation systems that handle complex insurance servicing tasks end-to-end (policy endorsements, cancellations, document uploads, reinstatements) or reduce policy cancellations, improve renewals, and ensure users always have the best coverage.
Fast sprint cycles: ship new automations in 1–2 weeks on average.
Compose backend business logic that drives automation while respecting complex insurance carrier rules.
Design backend pipelines that sync customer policy data, deliver timely alerts, and power seamless re-shopping experiences.
Optimize and scale our internal tools (think: in-house DocuSign for servicing) to reduce agent intervention to nearly zero.
Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering ops to anticipate churn and improve customer retention.
Work asynchronously across time zones, with minimal meetings but strong collaboration through Asana and Slack.
Continuously improve our backend systems, APIs, and microservice architecture.
What we’re looking for
Experience: At least 5 years full stack engineering experience building production-grade software, ideally prior experience building large scale distributed systems for a fast-growing consumer-facing software.
Tech stack: Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and systems design matter more than having previous experience with specific languages or frameworks.
Problem solver: You enjoy tackling ambiguous problems, breaking them down into actionable code, and iterating quickly.
Ownership: You take responsibility for end-to-end outcomes and continuously improve the systems you build.
Collaboration: Comfortable working asynchronously across teams and time zones, with excellent communication skills.
Curiosity + adaptability: You love learning, exploring new tools, and stepping outside your comfort zone to understand the bigger picture.
Our stack
Frontend & backend: TypeScript, Nest.js, Next.js, React, React Native, Expo
API: GraphQL
Data: Postgres, DynamoDB, Clickhouse, Redis
Infrastructure: AWS, microservices, containerized services on ECS/EKS, asynchronous processing on Lambda
Why Jerry?
This isn’t just another coding job — you’ll be solving real-world problems at scale, helping millions of people manage their most expensive (or at least second most expensive) asset more effortlessly. You’ll work in a flexible, fast-moving, and highly collaborative culture, where innovation is encouraged, your voice is heard, and the impact of your work is immediate. You’ll tackle meaningful challenges, learn constantly, and grow alongside extremely talented engineers.
If this sounds like your kind of place, we want to meet you!
While we appreciate your interest and application, only applicants under consideration will be contacted.

Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.
We realize people do not fit into neat boxes. We are looking for curious and empathetic iniduals who are committed to developing themselves and learning new skills, and we are ready to help you do that. We cannot complete our mission without building a erse and inclusive team. We hire the best people based on an evaluation of their potential and support them throughout their time at Cloudflare. Come join us!
Available Locations: Hybrid - Austin
About the Department
As a Product Manager at Cloudflare, you are responsible for building products that improve the way that the Internet works. Product Managers at Cloudflare sit at the intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty. On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, create a launch plan with marketing, work with designers to conduct user research, prototype a new feature, iterate on a spec, analyze usage data, and pair with an engineer on implementation. We have ultimate responsibility for understanding our client needs, influencing business strategy, feature specification, and working with engineering to develop our software.
About the Role
Cloudflare provides a turnkey Bot Management solution that protects customers from unwanted automated traffic. As attackers have evolved, more sophisticated attacks that specifically target high value endpoints (like login, account creation, or checkout pages) involve humans working in conjunction with automation. We are hiring an experienced Product Manager both to help us launch a new product directly targeted at solving these fraud use cases, as well as helping lead a team or product managers working to improve our existing bot management offerings.
As Senior Product Manager for Fraud, your job will be to:
- Ensure customers are able to easily identify whether behavior is coming from valid users, or threat actors that have compromised user accounts.
- Build innovative solutions to customers’ application security problems that leverage the unique strengths of Cloudflare: a massive, highly interconnected network spanning the world, threat intelligence distilled from an unparalleled vantage point on the Internet, and a high-velocity engineering organization that ships early and often.
- Harness cutting edge machine learning (ML) techniques to build solutions that detect and mitigate application security threats with minimal customer involvement.
- Think through how to make a great, easy-to-use product that customers love, and drive the full product life cycle from core user needs discovery through to pricing and packaging. Ship continuous software and process improvements to support your products’ sustained growth.
What You’ll Do
As a member of the growing team of product managers your responsibilities include:
- Own the product vision for your area. Ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company vision.
- Be an expert on the domain, the market, the trends. Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context and understand where we are going.
- Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers. Build intimate, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the creation process.
- Manage the roadmap. Make tough tactical prioritization decisions while helping the company think long-term. Build trust with stakeholders by maintaining an understandable, accurate roadmap.
- Author use cases and prioritize requirements. Translate market observations and customer feedback into a prioritized product backlog. Author use cases based on specific real-world product applications and extrapolate detailed product requirements for the scenarios.
- Collaborate across teams. We win or lose as a team. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and other stakeholders. A collaborative attitude is essential to the job.
- Measure success. Own the measures used to define success for your product. Success measures must be defined at the inception of a product and tracked throughout its lifecycle. Make measures visible to all stakeholders and interpret them into actionable conclusions and new hypotheses.
- Develop new opportunities. With your finger on the pulse of the market, the customers and the engineering teams, you are uniquely positioned to bring new products to market that solve real customer problems.
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience
You are entrepreneurial-minded and thrive in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment. You have outstanding communication and collaboration skills and are able to work with a erse group, get consensus, and drive the product forward. You are execution focused and emphasize getting things done while paying attention to important details. You have several years of experience working with enterprise, SaaS, or security technologies. You have a passion for building SaaS products and want to solve the problems of performance, security, and reliability of the Internet.
- 4+ years of experience in product management or solutions engineering
- 2+ years of experience working directly with customers on security products
- 2+ years of software engineering or software deployment experience preferred
- The ability to work in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment
- 2+ years of product management or equivalent experience with demonstrated ability to discover opportunities, and then define and deliver products.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, drive consensus, and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Must be able to define and manage complex process and/or product issues of a broad scope using independent judgment.
- Experience balancing execution, agility, and culture at a fast growing business.
- Strong technical abilities. You are intimately familiar with modern software development practices used to build and deploy applications and data systems. You've preferably been working full time on a software delivery team.
- Deep customer and stakeholder empathy. You must be not only the voice of the customer, but at various times the voice of marketing, finance, engineering, support and ops. You must be able to channel many points of view.
- Experience working with data analysis at scale. An understanding of how to make big data small.
Bonus Points
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of how the Internet works at layers 1 through 7.
- Direct experience solving translation or account fraud.
- Experience in Bot Management or distinguishing automated from valid user traffic.
- A solid understanding of RESTful API design & documentation.
- Experience developing pricing for new enterprise SaaS products.
- Scripting/programming experience (Python, Go, etc.) and familiarity with data analysis tools (eg SQL, pandas).

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

Title: Staff Engineer - Platorm
Location: New York (HQ), San Francisco, or Seattle preferred; remote candidates welcome
Job Description:
About Us:
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Staff Engineer to join our dynamic and talented platform team to help build the internal developer ecosystem powering Grow’s next-generation mental healthcare platform. You’ll join a mission-driven team where engineering decisions have broad organizational impact and directly support Grow’s goal of making affordable mental health care more accessible across the U.S.
As a platform engineer, you’ll tackle complex challenges spanning AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes (EKS) operations, CI/CD pipelines, and the tooling, automations, and workflows that drive Grow’s engineering velocity.
As a staff-level engineer, you’ll lead large-scale initiatives that cross organizational boundaries, balancing autonomy with accountability for outcomes. You’ll own key areas of our platform roadmap and partner closely with product engineering to deliver capabilities that improve development speed, reliability, and scalability.
Why This Role Is Exciting
As a Staff Engineer on our Platform team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape how our entire organization builds and ships software—driving faster, safer, and more reliable delivery at scale. You’ll join a talented, highly collaborative team of engineers whose work expands access to high-quality mental healthcare for millions of Americans.
What You'll Work On
You’ll help us deliver a next-generation, Kubernetes-based internal developer platform that:
Forms a Strong Foundation: Resilient and scalable platform architecture; Automated cluster and infrastructure management.
Provides New Capabilities: Progressive delivery (Canary, Blue/Green); Multi-stage deployment pipelines; Ephemeral dev/test environments; Declarative application infrastructure management.
Reduces Friction: Self-service application lifecycle workflows; Golden-path Application infrastructure abstractions.
Who You Are
Because this is a pivotal, cross-functional role, we’re looking for a candidate with exceptional technical leadership and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate has deep experience in Kubernetes operations and development.
10+ years of professional experience: You have a track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and delivering on outcomes.
Kubernetes operations: You have deep experience operating clusters (e.g., EKS), automating their lifecycles, and maintaining production SLOs for cluster services.
Self-service platforms: You have designed Kubernetes-based abstractions that have empowered development teams to manage their own services and infrastructure.
Cloud infrastructure: You have experience automating cloud infrastructure on providers such as AWS using tools such as Terraform or Crossplane.
Technical Breadth: You have experience with multiple backend languages (preferably Python, Go, and/or Typescript), solid foundations in networking concepts, and feel at home in a Linux terminal environment.
Impact-oriented: You prioritize outcomes over output and think deeply about the business and user value behind your work. As a staff-level engineer, you understand how to drive impact through influence and leadership as much as through writing code.
Self-starting: While you’re happy to take direction, you are intrinsically motivated and thrive when given the opportunity to lead initiatives.
Adaptable: Your strong opinions are loosely held; you’re open to new ideas and avenues of exploration; you are able to roll with the flow when business opportunities arise and priorities shift.
Team player: You collaborate well, communicate with empathy, and enjoy mentoring and learning from others.
Bonus Points
You have production experience with FluxCD, ArgoCD, Kargo, AWS Controller for Kubernetes (ACK), and/or Crossplane.
You’ve designed and developed CI/CD pipelines meant to serve multiple teams/applications.
You’ve contributed to open source Kubernetes projects.
You were once a product developer before moving into platform development.
You use modern AI tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to boost your productivity and focus on higher-leverage problems.
What You'll Be Doing:
Drive strategic product initiatives from concept to launch, leveraging design thinking to influence product strategy and business outcomes
Design and prototype end-to-end user experiences with pixel-perfect execution, considering every interaction, animation, and transition
Champion design excellence by treating product as an extension of our brand, ensuring every touchpoint meets the highest quality standards
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, and other stakeholders to bring ambitious visions to life
Senior-level ownership with the autonomy to drive major product initiatives and influence company-wide design decisions
Strategic leadership within the design organization, helping to shape team culture and design standards
What We're Looking For:
Strategic mindset with a passion for 0-to-1 product development and the ability to see the bigger picture
Exceptional craft with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect execution
Prototyping expertise across multiple tools and mediums, with the ability to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively

Cross-functional collaboration skills with proven ability to work effectively with Engineering, PM, and other disciplines
In-house product experience required; agency experience is a plus
Conversational AI experience is a plus, given our focus on innovative mental health solutions

5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and exceptional execution
Senior-level experience with proven track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives
Experience working on consumer-facing products with significant user impact
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
