What you’ll do

• Build automation systems that handle complex insurance servicing tasks end-to-end (policy endorsements, cancellations, document uploads, reinstatements) or reduce policy cancellations, improve renewals, and ensure users always have the best coverage.

• Fast sprint cycles: ship new automations in 1–2 weeks on average.

• Compose backend business logic that drives automation while respecting complex insurance carrier rules.

• Design backend pipelines that sync customer policy data, deliver timely alerts, and power seamless re-shopping experiences.

• Optimize and scale our internal tools (think: in-house DocuSign for servicing) to reduce agent intervention to nearly zero.

• Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering ops to anticipate churn and improve customer retention.

• Work asynchronously across time zones, with minimal meetings but strong collaboration through Asana and Slack.

• Continuously improve our backend systems, APIs, and microservice architecture.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: At least 5 years full stack engineering experience building production-grade software, ideally prior experience building large scale distributed systems for a fast-growing consumer-facing software.

We are hiring an experienced Product Manager both to help us launch a new product directly targeted at solving these fraud use cases, as well as helping lead a team or product managers working to improve our existing bot management offerings.

Quest Defense Systems and Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Sr. Embedded Software Verification and Validation Engineer to join our team. This project supports Verification & Validation (V&V) of the Flight Control System (FCS) software by executing and maintaining the High-Level Tests (HLTs) that validate system behavior across a wide range of FCS modes and mission-critical flight conditions.  

 This role is remote but will require onsite onboarding for 2 weeks with potential of additional travel as needed.  Due to the nature of this role, US Citizenship is . 

Responsibilities may include: 

• Developing or revise Flight Control Computer software high level (requirements-based) test cases and seed scripts to generate bench test scripts and verification procedures, to the standard and level of coverage established by the existing test package. 

• Primarily writing out scripts using C# and occasionally in MATLAB for data post-processing 

• Coordinating with the cognizant designer(s) on the Bell staff to ensure full test coverage, correct expected results, and communication / disposition of test findings. 

• Executing the developed or modified tests in the System Integration Lab environment, both as part of the test development process and for regression purposes as required. 

• Reviewing test results and test time history data, during test development, regression runs, and to help debug software issues. 

• Identifying findings to the cognizant Bell designer(s) in instances where test outcomes do not align with requirements or with expected results. 

• Authoring and participating in formal reviews of test cases, procedures, and results.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in aerospace engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. 

• 7+ years of experience with system level or high-level software requirements-based testing 

• Experience with Serena Dimensions or other configuration management system (Synergy, ClearCase/ClearQuest, etc.) 

• Experience doing requirements-based testing under DO-178B/C or other safety critical process standards. 

• Experience with C# scripting 

• A general understanding of control laws and redundancy management functionality in a flight control system 

• Familiarity with bench workflows, startup/shutdown sequencing, and log analysis

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Military aerospace industry experience or other embedded software development experience 

• FCS and Control Law (CLAW) domain knowledge is preferred but not required. 

• Experience with MATLAB and Simulink

The Role

The Professional Services Consultant will oversee implementations and consultative engagements for the Proofpoint Data Security products. This includes Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) Insider Threat Management (ITM) On-Premise and SaaS, Email DLP, Endpoint DLP, Cloud Application Security Broker (CASB), SaaS Isolation & Adaptive Access Control (AAC), and Proofpoint Isolation.

This inidual will develop new services, implement best practices, and assist in customer escalations as needed. The ideal candidate has the demonstrated ability to ensure successful service delivery and customer success to support deployment of Data Security products. Proofpoint’s Consultants are service delivery experts who manage and align client business priorities with data protection strategies. As subject matter experts on a wide spectrum of information security models, best practices, and operational strategies, our Consultants reduce clients’ security risk by mapping technology to organizational processes and resources.

This role is challenged with delivering innovative ideas and solutions that derive measurable results. The Consultant must be confident in working with technical resources, analysts, project sponsors, and executive levels to provide excellent service delivery and communication which includes product deliverables, conducting conference calls/meetings, consulting process reviews/workshops, and briefings. What You Bring To The Team

The Team

The Fleet team is a Site Reliability Engineering team focusing on one goal: the Search products should always be available. To make this possible, the Fleet team creates pragmatic solutions to optimize the Search products availability and costs at scale, taking into account the needs of customers, the product teams, and the many engineering teams involved in delivering a unique Search Experience to our customers.
