Purpose of Role
Join Under Armour’s Digital Product Security team and secure cloud infrastructure that powers our customer web sites, mobile apps, and APIs. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and overseeing the security measures of our cloud-based systems and services to keep 200M athletes’ data secure while they improve their lives through better health & fitness.
Your Impact
- Secure cloud infrastructure that powers our web sites and mobile apps for 200M athletes globally
- Ensure complete cloud security monitoring by deploying and maintaining our Cloud Workload Protection platform throughout cloud accounts and Kubernetes clusters
- Identify potential security threats and high-risk vulnerabilities in all of Under Armour’s cloud platform accounts
- Partner with business units and stakeholders to prioritize and fix cloud vulnerabilities
- Advise on cloud security features, architectures, and implementation
- Assist with Payment Card Industry (PCI) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance evidence gathering
- Assist with cloud security incident response

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, computer science, or similar major with 8 years of relevant experience; Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience; or 12 years of relevant work experience without a degree
- Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services including IAM, IAM Identity Center, Security Hub, GuardDuty, and CloudTrail
- Solid understanding of what it takes to build and secure internet-scale applications leveraging container-centric web, mobile, and API microservice deployments using Kubernetes
- Extensive experience operating a Cloud Workload Protection platform such as Palo Alto Prisma Cloud (preferred), Lacework, Dome9, Snyk, Wiz.io, Orca, Aqua
- Experience writing Bash and Python scripts that leverage cloud platform APIs
- Strong familiarity with Linux operating systems, especially using the command line
- Demonstrated knowledge via certifications in cloud platforms and/or cyber security; examples include AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Security Specialty, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)

We are looking for a strategic, experienced, creative, entrepreneurial inidual to join our team of CRM, customer service, and vision-focused professionals. You will have the opportunity to help define the future of how we support Federations in their CRM and data initiatives, maintaining their status quo but with an eye towards their future as we build out platforms that will assist them in achieving their goals and objectives for their communities.
This is a systems-driven role for someone with at least five years of CRM consulting, platform customer support, and technology training experience. This position will be initially responsible for working closely with users to help define gaps and needs, creatively troubleshooting issues, and determining and building out solutions.

The Role
We are looking to onboard an accountable SRE to join our DevOps and SRE team with focus on operating Ethereum validator systems and Eigenlayer AVSs (Actively Validated Services) for restaking solutions. You will be part of the Nethermind team accountable for managing Nethermind Node Operator services and duties. You will be responsible for deploying, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Ethereum validators on the blockchain network, as well as other production systems. You will work remotely to cover a different timezone and collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations, automate tasks, document processes, and continuously improve the system.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining production systems including Ethereum validators and Blockchain nodes, AVSs, and other applications. This involves setting up monitoring tools, troubleshooting issues, performing regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance, and implementing custom tooling if required.
- In the event of an incident or outage, the SRE will be responsible for quickly identifying the root cause of the issue and implementing a fix to restore service. This may require working outside of normal business hours to respond to incidents in a timely manner.
- Work intensively with Container Orchestration technologies and constantly optimizing infrastructure costs.
- Responsible for documenting processes, procedures, post-incident reports, and best practices related to running our services in production. This documentation will help ensure consistency and quality across the team, and will also serve as a reference for future team members.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the team to ensure that all production services are running smoothly and that any issues are addressed quickly especially Ethereum validators. This may include participating in on-call rotations, attending team meetings, and working on cross-functional projects with other teams.
- Responsible for automating as many tasks as possible in order to reduce the amount of manual work required to manage infrastructures. This includes scripting, developing tools, and setting up automation using Terraform and CI/CD to streamline processes.
- Responsible for continuously improving the processes, procedures, and tools used to manage blockchain nodes and validators. This includes identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes, and measuring the impact of those changes to ensure they are effective.
- Responsible for evaluating the business needs and producing various designs to achieve the assigned projects.
- Provide systems expertise and drive operational best practices. Responsible for setting up and maintaining performance system monitoring.
In this role, we need you to have experience in (you should have):
- IAC experience running on any cloud platform, preferably on AWS and GCP.

You will be embedded in a product development team focusing on the member experience which ensures that Spring Health benefit-eligible employees receive care in the most appropriate and effective way for their mental health journey. In this role, you will help your team to uncover and prioritize new product opportunities and make impact across the entire initiative launch cycle—from data collection design to experimentation to synthesizing actionable learnings and influencing product strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct data analyses that influence the product strategy for improving the member experience.
- Lead experimentation to help the product team reason about the impact their features are having on the member experience and make ship or iterate decisions..
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and UXR leads on defining key indicators of the quality of our member experience and uncovering opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Study engagement patterns that drive retention for different types of members.
- Collaborate with UXR research to understand member demand of self-serve content formats and topics.
- Build necessary data models to enable analytics and reporting, and partner with data engineering on best practices.
- Lead prioritization and roadmapping discussions from a data science perspective
- Work with large datasets, clean and preprocess data efficiently, and perform feature engineering to extract meaningful insights and create metrics.
- Build compelling data visualizations for presenting insights to erse stakeholders and making and maintaining dashboards for KPI tracking and reporting.
- Use appropriate advanced methods—including but not limited to predictive modeling, classification, clustering, time series, and dimensional modeling—to conduct deep-e analyses into what drives member engagement.

What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of professional data science experience
- Hands-on experience with experimentation and hypothesis testing
- Proficiency with SQL and Python
- Comfort with wrangling event log data
- Experience with data modeling via dbt or similar tools
- Experience working with data visualization and BI tools
- Facility with a product development process in the context of a software product
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to guide and make recommendations to technical and non-technical business partners
- Proven ability to proactively manage your own priorities and dependencies in alignment with cross-functional dependencies and business impact in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for successfully navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning new approaches
- Willingness to travel (at least 1 time per year) to NYC for collaborative sessions and summits with the team
What we’d love to see (bonus):
- Exposure to building and evaluating recommendation algorithms, tuning search and sorting algorithms is preferred
- Experience with tools in our stack, especially: dbt, Hex, Looker, Mixpanel, and Snowflake.
The target base salary range for this position is $159,100 – $194,150, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Inidual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Your experience and skills
