Job Description:
About ClickHouse
Recognized on the 2025 Forbes Cloud 100 list, ClickHouse is one of the most innovative and fast-growing private cloud companies. With over 2,000 customers and ARR that has more than quadrupled over the past year, ClickHouse leads the market in real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads. ClickHouse’s incredible momentum was confirmed in its recent $350M Series C financing that included new, tier one investors, Khosla Ventures, BOND, IVP, Battery Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners. We’re on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey!
ClickHouse is the world’s fastest and most efficient analytical database, powering real-time analytics at massive scale. As we continue our cloud-first momentum, partners are becoming one of our strongest growth engines—expanding our reach, unlocking new opportunities, and accelerating customer adoption across the region.
We’re looking for a Partner Solutions Architect (Presales) to help grow and activate our partner ecosystem across North America. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Regional Partner Sales, Global Partner Management, and regional field sales teams to enable cloud providers, regional SIs, and consultancies to position, sell, and successfully deploy ClickHouse. You’ll blend deep technical expertise with GTM alignment to drive partner led incremental revenue, adoption/mindshare, and repeatable customer success. Note - this is a quota carrying role.
What You’ll Do
- Lead co-build and co-sell engagements with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, regional/global SIs and other ISV partners
- Run technical discoveries, deep es, and POCs that unlock partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- Identify repeatable partner-led use cases that accelerate customer adoption for real-time analytics, observability, IoT, AI/ML, etc.
- Build structured partner enablement paths, including technical curriculum, demo kits, solution briefs, and train-the-trainer programs.
- Equip partner architects and consultants to independently qualify, architect, and deploy ClickHouse solutions, creating leverage and scale across NAMER.
- Develop reusable solution playbooks with architecture patterns, ingestion design, performance guidance, and ROI/TCO frameworks tailored for partner delivery models.
- Collaborate with partners to co-innovate vertical or workload-based solutions that differentiate ClickHouse in competitive landscapes.
- Present at partner summits, joint events, industry events and regional meetups.
- Capture partner and customer insights to help shape our product roadmap, documentation, and feature prioritization.
- Advocate for the partner ecosystem internally and ensure our GTM motions reflect the needs of the field.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in partner engineering, partner presales, or solutions architecture for analytical databases, data warehouses, lakehouses, streaming platforms, or cloud data services.
- Hands-on expertise with at least one major hyperscaler (bonus if you’ve worked with two or more).
- Strong SQL and analytics database fundamentals, plus familiarity with columnar systems, ingestion pipelines (Kafka, CDC, ETL), and observability stacks.
- Track record of building and scaling partner enablement programs, joint solutions, co-sell motions and partner-led POCs/migration/deployments.
- Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence from whiteboarding with architects to presenting at some of the biggest industry conferences.
