Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Plant Engineer who will be based at and support our Texas City TX, ASU enclave. The Texas City TX ASU enclave consists of the two largest ASU's on LINDE's Houston pipeline network, as well as a standalone nitrogen liquefier and pipeline backup array. The Plant Engineer will be responsible to provide day-to-day technical support with emphasis on plant improvements, process safety, and process consistency. The plant engineer will interface with various functional teams including Safety & Environmental Services (S&ES), Maintenance, Reliability, Project Engineering, Productivity, Process Controls, Process Safety, as well as operating teams at other ASU facilities in the US. The Plant Engineer will report directly to the Plant Manager and will work M-F days with expected off hours and weekend support, both remote and onsite.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide process safety stewardship in areas of operating procedures, operating/technical manuals, critical safety systems, management of change, pre-startup safety reviews, process hazards analysis, incident investigations, audits and assessments, alert compliance, operations training, alarm management, P&ID updates, and action item follow-up.
• Lead plant startups / shutdowns and provide as-needed support for plant turnaround planning and execution.
• Lead and assist in quality assurance (ISO 9000) training and system management.
• Champion the management of change (MOC) program for the facility.
• Champion and promote productivity initiatives including Six Sigma and Cost Reduction.
• Monitor plant efficiency, KPI's, and alarm management program.
• Assist plant operations with basic personnel safety fundamentals including safety meeting participation, ACMS compliance, HWC, HWP and CSE functions based upon experience.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and implement solutions.
• Champion and promote a strong safety culture.
• Assist in the development and delivery of process training.
• Provide technical expertise to plant operations and maintenance technicians.
• Propose and execute small capital projects.
• Assist plant manager in project spend forecasting and reconciliation.
• Lead or participate in incident investigations (RCA / RCI).
• Assist plant operations with CMMS compliance.

Qualifications:

• BS 2 / MS 1 year experience in an engineering role preferably in an industrial environment.
• Must have strong technical skills including knowledge of practical application of Process Safety procedures such as PHA, MOC, and RCA.
• Must be willing to work in a hands-on environment.
• Must have a positive attitude, be willing to quickly adapt to changing situations, have strong communications skills, and a strong will to build and maintain productive relationships across departmental lines.
• Must be able and willing to adapt to a work schedule that coincides with plant operational needs. Must also be able and willing to work for extended periods of time in an operating plant under various environmental conditions. Must also be able and willing to work inside of confined spaces.

The Data Protection & Risk Specialist will play a critical role in safeguarding Acadia's sensitive information by serving as the subject matter expert for data classification, data loss prevention (DLP), and insider risk management. The Office of Research's constituency is the entire University, including UW branch campuses, medical centers, 277 research centers, and University partners. Across the breadth of the University, there are many intersections with both central and departmental research administration needs. This position contributes technical systems design and development expertise within a erse team environment that includes participants from a broad range of campus and administrative units including UW-IT and UW Medicine ITS. Successful candidates must interface productively with business analysts, project managers, and other application and infrastructure engineers.

Technical scope requires deep systems knowledge and an ability to quickly learn and understand the policies, functional processes, and procedures of the University. Position Summary

Extracts operations data for analysis, leadership support and responses to ad hoc data requests. Maintains operations tools & databases to ensure that it is kept up-to-date. The role sits within the Engineering team in the Digital, Technology and Innovation business unit of NSW Telco Authority.

Your responsibilities will include

• Driving efficiency and cost-effective technical planning for the Public Safety Network by shaping, developing, and implementing the Telco Authority's technology strategy and architecture, ensuring alignment to optimise current operations and position for future customer and government outcomes
• Leading and directing the engineering team in the design and architecture, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of significant strategic programs and projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Providing advice, analysis and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders on engineering aspects
• Identifying engineering and project risks and provide suitable strategies for mitigation

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate

• Essential Security Clearance: Hold or be able to obtain a minimum of Baseline Security clearance within six months, enabling work with sensitive government and critical communications information.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate engineering and technical teams
• Telco Experience: Experience in telecommunications network architecture, systems integration, and interoperability, with preferrable hands-on experience in P25, public safety, and mission-critical communications systems, including system design from concept through detailed development to final acceptance
• Customer Service: Excellent skills engaging with senior stakeholders, government agencies, and customers
• Procurement Experience: Good commercial acumen and leveraging procurement knowledge to optimise cost-effective solutions and strategic outcomes
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication tailored for technical and non-technical audiences.

NSW Telco Authority (NSWTA) operates and manages the Public Safety Network to deliver radio communications for frontline responders.

We work with emergency services and telecommunications carriers to protect communications assets during emergencies and natural disasters.

NSWTA is a delivery agency with responsibility for over $1.5 billion in key NSW Government projects that connect communities and support emergency services.

We lead and coordinate whole-of-government connectivity strategy to bridge the digital ide and help keep people and places safe.

Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $149739 base plus superannuation
