Climate change and extreme weather events are disrupting the basic infrastructure we took for granted for years.
Citylitics is solving the hardest data problems in infrastructure while building the sales intelligence platform that enables a faster, more transparent, and more efficient infrastructure marketplace. We turn millions of unstructured documents into high value intelligence feeds and datasets that are available on an intuitive user experience. Our goal is to enable solution providers to connect with cities with relevant infrastructure needs in a faster and more digital way than historic market channels. Title: Technical Chief of Staff to the CTO
Location: United States, Remote
Job Description:
GitLab is an open-core software company that develops the most comprehensive AI-powered DevSecOps Platform, used by more than 100,000 organizations. Our mission is to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. When everyone can contribute, consumers become contributors, significantly accelerating human progress. Our platform unites teams and organizations, breaking down barriers and redefining what's possible in software development. Thanks to products like Duo Enterprise and Duo Agent Platform, customers get AI benefits at every stage of the SDLC.
The same principles built into our products are reflected in how our team works: we embrace AI as a core productivity multiplier, with all team members expected to incorporate AI into their daily workflows to drive efficiency, innovation, and impact. GitLab is where careers accelerate, innovation flourishes, and every voice is valued. Our high-performance culture is driven by our values and continuous knowledge exchange, enabling our team members to reach their full potential while collaborating with industry leaders to solve complex problems. Co-create the future with us as we build technology that transforms how the world develops software.
An overview of this role
As the Technical Chief of Staff to the CTO, you'll scale the impact of GitLab's engineering leadership by closing the gap between technical vision and day-to-day execution. You'll partner closely with the CTO, executive leadership team, and senior engineers to align a multi-year technical vision with product strategy. You'll translate decisions into clear operating mechanisms and make sure they're documented in GitLab's Handbook to support our all-remote, asynchronous culture. You'll lead initiatives such as AI transformation and internal GitLab AI and large language model (LLM) feature testing. You'll define and implement unified metric frameworks to improve R&D quality and efficiency. You'll orchestrate the rhythm of business for the engineering organization, including staff meetings, quarterly business reviews, and offsites. In your first year, you'll be expected to establish trusted proxy relationships on behalf of the CTO, drive measurable improvements in engineering velocity and organizational health, and act as a key liaison for high-stakes moments, including board materials, M&A technical diligence, and major security or infrastructure incidents.
Some examples of our projects:
- Partner with the PMO organization to eliminate friction, ensuring they can achieve the business outcomes of strategic programs such as Customer Zero.
- Work with the architecture team and ELT to define a "North Star" that aligns with the product vision and connects directly to inidual teams.
What you'll do
- Lead the execution of the CTO's 3-year technical vision by aligning engineering and product strategy with clear priorities and accountable owners.
- Drive the technical narrative and content for board materials, investor decks, and keynotes while owning competitive and market intelligence, including technical due diligence for potential acquisitions, to inform executive decisions and external storytelling.
- Guard and evolve the CTO's operating model by documenting decisions and processes in the GitLab Handbook and orchestrating the rhythm of business (staff meetings, quarterly business reviews, and offsites) to drive clear decisions, follow-through, and fewer unnecessary meetings.
- Lead GitLab's internal AI transformation as "Customer Zero," ensuring engineering teams adopt and rigorously test GitLab's AI and LLM capabilities and provide actionable feedback to Product.
- Implement and maintain standardized R&D metric frameworks such as DORA and SPACE to track and improve engineering quality, velocity, and efficiency.
- Partner with Finance, the executive leadership team, and the FinOps Technical Program Manager to steward the engineering budget and optimize infrastructure and cloud spend.
- Define and monitor organizational health metrics, collaborating with the People team on engagement, retention, and talent strategies while leading communication and change management for organizational pivots aligned with GitLab's values and mission across global teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and proxy to the CTO by synthesizing complex technical proposals into clear decision options, resolving executive-level escalations, unblocking cross-functional dependencies, and acting as a primary liaison during major security incidents or critical infrastructure issues, coordinating technical and executive communication to internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll bring
- Executive Operations: 12+ years of experience, including 3+ years as a direct partner to an executive, managing an R&D organization of 500–1,000+ members.
- Strategic Influence: Proven track record of drafting Board of Directors materials or lead-managing annual strategic planning and long-range technical roadmaps.
- Massive Scale Execution: Experience leading company-wide technical programs (e.g., migrations, security mandates) that impacted 1,000+ engineers and required cross-functional alignment across 5+ departments.
- Architectural Depth: Previous experience as a Director of Engineering or Principal TPM overseeing global scale high-availability systems (99.99%+), with the ability to bridge deep technical trade-offs and business ROI.
- Data-Driven Rigor: Expert-level implementation of DORA or SPACE frameworks, with a history of using these metrics to drive measurable improvements in developer productivity or system reliability.
- Organizational Design: Experience leading org-wide change management, including headcount allocation and talent strategy for departments with budgets exceeding $50M+.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical "noise" into 1-page executive briefs and drive alignment in a high-scale, asynchronous/distributed work environment.
About the team
You'll be part of a small, high-impact group that connects engineering, product, finance, and people partners. We share context across senior leaders, pressure-test ideas, and help each other tackle complex technical and organizational problems. Team members come from varied backgrounds in engineering, product management, and operations, and we rely on clear writing, direct feedback, and a bias for iteration. You'll have peers who offer perspective, collaboration, and support as you take on ambiguous, high-impact work.

Type: Full-time
Workplace: remote
Category: Sales
Job Description:
Who we are:
At Mediafly, we help the world’s top revenue teams work smarter and achieve measurable impact. Our platform brings together sales enablement, content, and performance insights so sellers have the coaching, tools, and intelligence they need to succeed. By weaving value selling into every workflow, we empower teams to accelerate deal cycles, boost win rates, and prove ROI.
For you, that means joining a company where innovation meets purpose—where your work helps businesses deliver more meaningful buyer experiences and drives results that truly matter. You’ll be part of a collaborative, growth-focused team that values expertise, creativity, and human connection.
We’re looking for a high-energy, Salesforce-savvy Account Director to drive growth across Appinium’s top-tier North American accounts. This role is ideal for a former Salesforce AE, Salesforce ISV AE, or SE-turned-AE who deeply understands how deals are bought, sold, and expanded inside the Salesforce ecosystem.
You’ll own both new logo acquisition and expansion, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while partnering closely with Pre-Sales, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll report directly to the Head of Sales and play a visible role in shaping our go-to-market strategy.
This is not a transactional role. This is a strategic, ecosystem-driven sales leadership position.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert on Appinium’s 100% Salesforce-native solution
- Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing enterprise accounts
- Confidently run discovery, deliver high-level AE demos, and articulate value tied to Salesforce use cases
- Navigate and thread multi-stakeholder, multi-level enterprise deals
- Partner with Customer Success to drive cross-sell and up-sell motions
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure forecast accuracy and deal predictability
- Lead proposals, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
- Leverage Mediafly and Appinium technology during the sales cycle to model best-in-class selling
- Partner with a Sales Development Representative to develop new leads
- Influence go-to-market strategy through demonstrated Salesforce and enablement expertise
- Represent Appinium in thought leadership within the Salesforce and Sales Enablement communities
- Maintain an active, professional social presence that strengthens Appinium’s brand in the ecosystem
- Travel within the U.S. as required to support customers and prospects
What We're Looking For:
You will thrive in this role if you are a Salesforce ecosystem insider—someone who understands how Salesforce customers buy, how Salesforce sellers think, and how ISVs win. You will know the benefits of a 100% Native Salesforce Solution vs an ISV Solution with a Connector vs a Connector solution not on the appexchange.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of successful SaaS sales experience
- Direct experience selling at Salesforce or a Salesforce ISV(Salesforce or AppExchange ISV experience required — consulting/partner-only backgrounds are not a fit)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
- A deep understanding of:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Salesforce licensing models and platform architecture
- Customer 360 and adjacent Salesforce technologies
- Someone who is:
- High energy, high accountability, and strong executive presence
- Technically curious with commercial instincts
- Consultative seller and compelling storyteller

What you’ll do
The Senior SRE is a high-impact, hands-on engineering role reporting to the Engineering Manager. Based in our Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne hubs (3 days in-office), you are the technical backbone of our cloud operations. - Observability Mastery: Implement and fine-tune monitoring, logging, and alerting using Dynatrace to ensure we have "glass-box" visibility into every microservice.
- Operational Excellence: Identify manual processes and replace them with automated tooling (Python, Bash, or Go) to improve the developer experience and system stability.
What You’ll Bring
You'll have spent 8–10+ years in the trenches of cloud-native environments and possess the "SRE mindset."
- Kubernetes Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with AKS/K8s. You should be comfortable debugging pods, nodes, and networking layers. CKA or CKAD certification is a must.
- Azure Heavyweight: Extensive experience navigating the Azure ecosystem (Networking, IAM, Storage, and Security).
- Terraform Specialist: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-environment infrastructure through Terraform.
- APM/Observability Pro: Advanced skills in Dynatrace (or similar tools like Datadog/New Relic) for proactive performance tuning and incident forensics.
- Incident Command Experience: A track record of leading major incident responses and managing stakeholder communication during "War Room" scenarios.
- Coding Proficiency: Strong scripting/coding skills (Python, Go, or Bash) to build internal tools and automate infrastructure tasks.
- Mentorship through Doing: You enjoy upskilling other engineers by pair-programming and leading by example in the codebase.
What you’ll Experience
- Team Discounts - Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.

Participate in code reviews and provide practical guidance to less experienced engineers

You take ownership of outcomes, follow through on commitments, and value reliability and predictability
You enjoy mentoring and supporting others and contribute positively to the team's culture and technical growth
You stay current with modern tools and approaches without being tied to a specific technology. You choose tools based on fit, not fashion
You are proactive, curious, and able to work independently while being a strong team collaborator
