A Level 2 Analyst is a subject matter expert responsible for managing threats, disseminating information, and handling, responding to and investigating all incident escalations from the Security Operations Center. Level 2 Analysts are also responsible for training and mentoring their Level 2 and Level 1 peers to improve SOC Analyst capability. Finally, Level 2 members will work with the SIEM/SOAR Engineers to develop and refine use cases within Microsoft Sentinel focusing on emerging threats.

The SOC Analyst reports to the SOC Manager and works in conjunction with the other team members to keep projects delivered on time and within budget.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and Experience

To be successful in this position, a candidate should have at least two years of hands-on experience as a Level 2 SOC analyst leveraging Microsoft Sentinel, M365 Defender products, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud in production environments. Teamwork and collaboration skills will be critical for this role. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and experience with the SOC framework and be confident in their ability to make recommendations to improve upon operations.

Certification Path

At a minimum, the Microsoft Security Operations Analyst (SC-200) and Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect (SC-100) certifications or the ability to get one within 180 days of being hired. Training materials provided and the cost of the relevant tests will be covered.

NBCUniversal's Cyber Threat Operations team is responsible for providing cyber threat intelligence, event monitoring, response, and threat hunting for all areas of NBCUniversal in a highly collaborative, fast paced, and agile fashion. As a member of the Cyber Response team, a candidate can expect to utilize their technical expertise to assess, contain, and remediate cyber threats. The Sr Incident Responder is also an escalation point for security alerts from the security event analysts, and a candidate would be expected to mentor and share knowledge with others in the organization.

As we scale, we are looking for a results-driven Senior Operations Manager - Regional Analytics on the regional analytics team, located in Minneapolis, MN or Birmingham, AL ,who will ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and strategy.

While no two days are the same, the Senior Operations Manager - Regional Analytics is responsible for building and managing the reporting infrastructure that powers strategic decision-making across Shipt's regional operations. You'll work closely with the Regional Operations leadership to deliver reliable, scalable dashboards and reporting tools that track performance, drive accountability, and highlight opportunities for improvement. You will own and maintain standardized dashboards and reporting tools used by regional operations teams to monitor key performance metrics such as on-time rate, cost-per-delivery, driver availability, and service reliability. You will act as the go-to partner for regional operations leadership, helping them understand and act on performance trends and support and help grow other analysts within the team, focused on building scalable reports, improving data accessibility, and delivering actionable insights to market-facing teams. You will translate complex data into digestible, timely reports that support decision-making by Directors of Regional Operations, Store Ops, and HQ stakeholders. You will collaborate with Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Product Analytics to align on metric definitions, source-of-truth data sets, and technical improvements. You will also identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows, ensuring speed and consistency across the analytics lifecycle.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

• You have 6 years experience in operations, analytics, or reporting and 2 years experience in a leadership role
• You have strong SQL skills, fluent in Excel/Google sheets, and experience with BI tools or coding (e.g., PowerBI, Thoughtspot, Tableau, Python)
• You have a background in logistics, gig economy, or tech-enabled ops preferred
• You are skilled at managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• You are excellent at translating data into insights for non-technical teams
• You have a track record of improving reporting systems and team efficiency
• You have a Bachelor's in a quantitative field; advanced degree is a plus

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City:

$88,000-$176,000

All other locations:

$73,000-$147,000

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results driven BDE is to support the Vendor Manager in identifying, engaging and qualifying key Extreme Networks partner accounts to drive and grow.

This is a hybrid role based in either our Alton , Mansfield or Newmarket offices , which plays a crucial role in generating leads, setting appointments and building relationships with our partner base. With a clear drive to increase New Business and upsell new opportunities in the current and new partner base.

• As the Business Development Executive , you will:

• Adhere to KPI's around SLA's, call stats /time, financial and productivity targets

• Be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets.

• Profile organisations and iniduals through various means (LinkedIn etc.)

• Uncover and explore new opportunities across new channels to increase market share.

• Arrange face to face meetings (for EXN/Extreme Networks channel team) with potential / existing Partners to enable the Extreme Networks partner programme and develop EXN Capabilities.

• Develop an in depth understanding of the Extreme Networks Portfolio, to present to target and aligned partners

• Forecast and manage key deals, working with finance and credit where necessary

• Drive attendance to key sales and technical days as well as webinars in the events calendar, supporting with content / presence where required

• Manage and maintain the proactive tracker to show progress in aligned accounts

The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team! In this role, you'll lead OS and driver integration for next-generation compute platforms powering our autonomous drones, and build high quality solutions for our existing fleet. You'll be responsible for integrating and optimizing Linux operating systems and device drivers across both core and payload compute modules, with a focus on NVIDIA-based platforms. You'll collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and software teams to enable high-performance, reliable compute solutions.

This role is required to be onsite in Alameda, CA in the Bay Area 3 days per week - this is our hybrid model. This is not a remote position.

Required skills and experience

• 6+ years of experience in embedded software
• Board support package integration and bringup of new embedded Linux computers.
• Experience with standards such as CAN or Ethernet
• Bash scripting, and Python or similar scripting
• Build automation and deployment experience
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and testing
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities with excellent communication skills
• BA/BS in related field

Desired skills and experience

• Hands-on experience with NXP i.MX8 family processors and Yocto
• Practical knowledge of video processing chips (Nvidia)
• Familiarity with camera technologies and video processing systems
• Kernel module code integration, C debugging
• Camera or perception payload experience

Physical requirements

● Work is performed on a computer and requires ability to operate a keyboard and other peripheral devices.

Location: This is a hybrid position reporting to our Alameda, CA 3 days per week. Our waterfront office offers beautiful views of San Francisco Bay in always sunny Alameda.
