HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Communicate with team members and keep project delivery on target.
• Identify opportunities for infrastructure automation, improvements in configuration management, monitoring, and alerting, and create solutions for complex cloud infrastructure challenges.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Support the Hilton Hybrid Cloud environment, including escalation support for operations and support teams, participate in on-call rotations, and work alongside other engineering teams to ensure adherence to Hilton standards and processes.
• Understand Hilton’s security policies and provide detailed guidance on vulnerability management to the cloud estate.

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Assist teams to deploy workloads into AWS SageMaker, SageMaker Studio, and other cloud ML technologies.

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• One (1) year professional work experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, or Data Science
• One (1) year direct experience configuring and deploying AWS services like IAM, S3, SageMaker, and SageMaker Studio or similar cloud ML technologies using IAC tools like Terraform and Python
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes or similar technologies
• Experience designing or implementing cloud automation processes using CI/CD tools like Gitlab, Bamboo, or similar technologies
• Travel up to 10%

It would be useful if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED. plus 12 years of Technology related experience.
• Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field.
• Experience in MLOps operating under a GitOps model
• Familiarity with cloud, ML, AI, database, and big data technologies like LLMs, cloud database services, data lakes, data warehouses, data transformation, and managing online IDE environments.

Train the AI

Evaluate the AI

Program/Contract Specific Information

We design assessments for clients to support their internal hiring process. Questions are focused on topics covering data analysis, financial modeling, and trading algorithms. This assessment will be designed for iniduals who are experts in the field of mathematics, statistics, economics, and finance, demonstrating a keen interest in advanced quantitative research. The goal of the assessment will be to identify top-tier candidates with the skills and knowledge needed to analyze substantial datasets. The assessment writer will design questions with this goal in mind, ensuring the client’s candidates will be tested on their skills for analyzing large datasets and ability to employ techniques from erse branches of applied mathematics and statistics to develop sophisticated models for financial markets. Our Ways of Working

We are a remote first company, with team members across the United States, spanning multiple time zones. However, the executive team has prioritized meeting in our Emeryville office monthly. About the team

Argyle’s Data Quality (DQ) team works alongside our Network Growth and Scanners (Engineering, Infra, R&D) teams. IT Operations Engineer

We are hiring an IT operations engineer to integrate, administer and maintain the systems that keep OP Labs running smoothly (Google Workspace, Slack, Github, TailScale, etc). OP Labs is a fully remote company, and your work will connect Optimists from around the world and contribute directly to the company’s mission of scaling Ethereum. As an IT Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role across our entire portfolio of endpoint devices and third party applications. You’ll enable all Optimists to work better together: more efficiently, productively, and collaboratively, while maintaining our high security bar.

What are the role responsibilities?

• Lead the implementation and operation of our IT infrastructure, from hardware to software.
• Implements corporate device and application management policies, by collaborating with our people and legal teams.
• Act as the service owner for multiple company-wide SaaS applications.
• Act as a solutions architect and strategist for the SaaS applications and services that OP Labs relies upon.
• Directly integrate (and support efforts to integrate) SaaS applications with other parts of our corporate technology stack.
• Lead projects to audit and optimize our SaaS portfolio, focusing on improvements to security, permissions, automation, scalability, end-user experience, and license usage.
• Develop programs or processes to communicate and drive adoption of new IT product features company-wide.

What skills do you bring?

• 2+ years of relevant technical experience in system administration or engineering
• Expertise managing Google Workspace and other enterprise productivity applications (e.g., Slack / Github).
• Ability to plan, manage, code, and support multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives
• Strong project and task management skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment across teams
• Proficient in either Javascript, Python, or Go.

Nice to haves

• Experience working with REST API endpoints leveraging various authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, API keys/secrets, etc.)
• Google Professional Google Workspace Administrator or Professional Collaboration Engineer Certification
• Experience with GCP/cloud providers
• Slack Admin and/or Developer Certification
