Well, we are looking for a Data Analyst III who will bring a strong business acumen, expertise in visualizing data for a broad audience, and an expert at SQL with the ability to parse out data irregularities and optimize queries. You will report to the Senior Manager of Corporate Analytics and will be responsible for cross functional reporting and ad hoc analysis that span multiple departments and stakeholders.

As a Data Analyst III, you will be a key player in connecting departments through data-driven insights and crafting compelling stories. Utilizing Tableau for dashboard creation, notebook tools for ad hoc analyses, and crafting decks that drive a business narrative, you will play a crucial role in supporting Finance and the business as a whole.

• Build and maintain cross-functional business dashboards in various BI tools to ensure clear and accessible insights
• Perform complex analysis requiring multiple methods and tools

• Catalog and define key business metrics in dbt and contribute ideas to shaping new data models in BigQuery, enhancing the overall data infrastructure

Our technology-forward omnichannel and API-first solution allows any merchant to offer protection plans, both online and in store, while also providing a merchant’s end customers with a vastly improved and modern support experience that eliminates many of the issues customers face today with legacy underwriters. More recently, Extend also launched a shipping protection solution, covering consumers in the case of lost, damaged or stolen packages. This is further expanding the company’s addressable market and value creation for merchants.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• This is a data science / analytics hire to support Extend’s Risk and Analytics team. You will have the opportunity to help scale within the organization. The role’s responsibilities will include:
• Revenue and Product Analytics:
  • A/B testing and optimization across consumer-facing product touch points on merchant sites
  • Platform-wide analytics to confirm the product is working as expected (loading of images, buttons, load times etc.)

About the Role

The salary range for this position is $160,000 – $190,000 USD, commensurate with experience. Implementation Manager

As an Implementation Manager at Abridge, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and implementation of Abridge products and services with our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for our valued partners and you will be the driving force behind seamless project execution. You’ll use your exceptional communication skills as you work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, while exceeding the needs and expectations of our users.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead customer implementations and serve as the primary point of contact for Abridge’s partners during their initial deployments. Be the person who instills confidence + trust in our partners and team, drives on-time implementations with high NPS, and ensures our pilots convert to full enterprise partnerships.
• Own the creation, coordination, and execution of project plans, in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Accountable for leading through each of the project phases, including kickoffs, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live stabilization.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.

• Set the standard for what incredible communication looks like. Communicate project progress and issues to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.

• Push our goals forward, and be the one to drive forward progress with our partners and internally.
• Collaborate with support and operational management to identify and implement areas for process and tool improvements in a dynamic and growing environment.
• Participate in the creation of repeatable processes that will scale with the growing number of concurrent implementations our team will need to support.

To be successful in this role, you:

• Have a track record of driving successful healthcare technology implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Excel at communication and can synthesize information in a concise way.
• Are extremely organized. You’re able to manage multiple priorities at once, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Can work with speed and are results driven. You seek continuous process improvement, driven by efficiency. Your role will involve rapid decision-making, quick execution, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to precision and quality in every aspect of implementation.
• Build strong relationships with various stakeholders at our partner sites, to ensure a long lasting partnership.
• Use data to tell a story about pilot performance and to inform tactical plans that ensure pilot success.
• Have the ability to smell smoke and escalate early, with proposed solutions.
• Are creative and scrappy with strong problem solving skills, tactful conflict resolution skills, and a bias to action.
• Have 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on software deployment and implementation at B2B companies.

Ideally, you have:

• Experience implementing electronic record systems. (Epic is a definite plus.)
• Familiarity with systems requiring strict adherence to privacy and security protocols.
• Knowledge of tiered support organizations and escalation protocols.

Position Responsibilities

The Salesforce Administrator will assist in building, configuring, and automating solutions in Deltek’s Salesforce instances to deliver business value. The ideal candidate can demonstrate experience with Salesforce configuration, automation capabilities, especially Flow, and a general understanding of business processes, particularly with Sales & Marketing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design & implement Salesforce solutions to address user requirements and changing business needs operating within an Agile methodology and team
• Identify operational & system improvement areas through the discovery of gaps or new development, suggest possible solutions and support business case needs to advance improvement efforts.
• Support operational & system improvements by having strong knowledge in Salesforce configuration & automations, particularly with creating complex Flows to enhance business processes, with focus on future scalability.

DESIRED SALESFORCE SKILLS

• 3-5 years of hands-on prior Salesforce Administrator experience, especially within the Sales Cloud
• Full understanding of Salesforce Order of Execution
• Proven experience with Salesforce Flow
• Experience with Salesforce features such as audit trails, Einstein, debug logs and incorporation of external packages.
• Certified System Administrator required; Advanced Certified System Administrator & Platform App Builder Certification is desirable.
• Data management and manipulation skills utilizing the Apex Data Loader, Workbench or Demand Tools, or another similar ETL tool.
• An understanding of the sales processes within Salesforce from Leads to Opportunities and Quotes (experience with CPQ & SaaS products is a plus)
• Salesforce Experience skills preferred, but not required
• Experience with SF Agile Accelerator preferred, but not required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology field or equivalent work experience
• Must be very well organized and be able to handle and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests, flexible to meet changing priorities and challenges
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision
• Proven creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems with minimal direction
