As a Senior Software Engineer on the Sustainability team, you’ll contribute to a portfolio of products that help customers operate their fleets more efficiently while reducing operational costs and environmental impact. Our team builds scalable systems that process large volumes of telematics data to surface actionable insights (including identifying electrification opportunities, tracking emissions, and reducing idle time).

You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and designers to deliver reliable, data-driven solutions that enable fleets worldwide to reduce fuel usage, lower carbon emissions, upskill the fleet, and transition toward sustainable operations.

• 8+ years of experience designing and building products in a software engineering team

• Experience mentoring and supporting engineers and role modeling engineering practices within a technical lead capacity

Technical Leadership

Ownership Areas

• Container orchestration (Kubernetes/Knative), GPU provisioning & autoscaling, environment & secret management.
• Operators, sidecars, and internal SDKs/libraries (Go/Rust/Python/Java) that enforce the golden path contract.
• Model platform: registry, experiment tracking, training orchestration, evaluation framework, serving infra, model monitoring.
• Observability: logging/metrics/tracing pipelines;
• Billing pipeline: metering/events/cost tracking abstractions.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years experience building distributed systems; 3+ years in MLOps/ML platform engineering (or equivalent impact).
• Knowledge of Linux/OS internals (process model, cgroups/namespaces), networking (TCP/IP, HTTP/2), concurrency, and performance profiling.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes (bonus: Mesos)
• Proficiency developing high-performance services in Java, Rust, Go or C++ (bonus: familiarity with vert.x and Netty frameworks); strong Python skills.
• Experience with GPU infrastructure (scheduling, containerization, optimization).
• Track record of designing and operating model platforms (registry, training, serving, monitoring) in production.

The Role:

As an AI Deployment Architect, you will work directly with customers to understand their problems and design, deploy and scale innovative AI solutions and automations using our Process Intelligence platform. In a pre-sales and post sales capacity you will work closely with other AI experts across Product & Engineering and GTM to standardize these solutions and bring them to our customer base at scale. We are ideally looking for iniduals with in-depth practical experience in delivering solutions to our customers.

The work you’ll do:

• Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition and vision to customers and align our solutions with their AI strategy

• Prototype, develop, deploy and scale AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including both traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions

• Identify and package scalable AI use cases across the Celonis platform, driving innovation and expanding our offerings

• Collect and share AI success stories with the whole organization and our customers

• Help define and lead execution on the roadmap for AI Lighthouse customers

• Closely collaborate with Product & Engineering and the Business Apps Teams to inform future product development based on customer feedback

The preferred qualifications you need:

• Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and/or respective Software deployment. Ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software / SaaS Provider. Alternatively in an Inhouse role (e.g. Center of Excellence for Data Mining / Analytics / Intelligence) within an Enterprise.

• Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python

• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to drive ongoing improvements to our studio wide development environment and to evangelize to the team its value in improving overall efficiency for the studio as a whole. 

This role is the primary driver of the studio wide development environment. This includes overseeing and developing tools and pipelines around our build systems, source control, testing framework, game engine, and related tools and systems. You will ensure these are robust, efficient, and allow the team to work as friction free as possible in an always green environment. 

A person in this role will require outstanding team presence to keep the studio appraised of any issues with the build, updates on regular maintenance, improvements to team efficiency, and anything else that needs to be known about what may help or currently hinder the day-to-day workflow of developers.  

In this role, you are often the first line of defense when something goes wrong with the day-to-day workflow of the team. When it does, you jump on it without hesitation to provide help to whomever needs it, however big or small, with extreme empathy and patience.  

While this role is not a people manager role, it is a technical leadership role. As such, you will coordinate closely with other teams including IT, build engineers, system admins, services engineers, network operation specialists, QA, Release Management, and more. This includes being responsible for determining hardware needs for the development environment and working with IT and leadership to develop budgets for hardware purchases and software licenses.

Who We Are Looking For 

You, our ideal candidate, are experienced with build pipelines, asset management, and game development workflows. You are proficient in C#, have familiarity with C++, and are experienced developing and configuring tools. This includes experience with Unreal Engine and its ancillary toolsets, such as Horde, Zen Server, Unreal Game Sync and more. Your experience with common workflow tools for game development such as Visual Studio and light Perforce administration is a given. 

You have a well-developed Spidey sense and can anticipate problems brewing long before they arrive, allowing you to get ahead of issues that may disrupt team workflow. When extra sensory perception is not enough, you also keep your finger on the pulse of the project by establishing and monitoring metrics. You are constantly listening to the team, their needs and morale to determine when workflows are not ideal. When they are not, you are comfortable working across disciplines to determine improvements or create new tools or techniques to enhance the development experiences, while continuously iterating and improving over time. 

You are a confident technical leader at the studio and are comfortable speaking with authority to the entire team about issues that have come up with our development environment, interruptions to workflow as a result, or to evangelize the value and cost savings granted by a robust build system, automated tests, pre-flights, and any other issue that needs to be communicated. You approach communication with teammates, especially those less technical, with extreme patience, compassion, and empathy, and understand that often these things are not obvious to most folks.

Armed with that understanding, you are comfortable working with build engineers, system administrators, services engineers, network operation specialists and more to configure and build tool chains that meet the needs of the team and project and keeps the whole operation running at ludicrous speed.

• 8+ years of experience in the gaming or technology industry.

Responsibilities:

• Triage, investigate, and respond to alerts coming in from the Huntress platform.

• Perform tactical malware analysis as part of investigating and triaging alerts.

• Investigate suspicious Microsoft M365 activity and provide remediations.

• Assist in escalations from the Product Support team for threat-related and SOC-relevant questions.

• Contribute to detection engineering creation and tuning efforts.

• Contribute to projects focused on driving better outcomes for our analysts and partners

What You Bring To The Team:  

• 2+ years of experience in a SOC or Digital Forensics (DFIR) role

• Demonstrated experience with Windows, Linux, and MacOS as an attack surface

• Demonstrated experience with basic Threat Actor tools and techniques: (MITRE ATT&CK Framework, PowerShell & Command Prompt Terminals, WMIC, Scheduled Tasks, SCM, Windows Domain and host Enumeration Techniques, Basic Lateral Movement Techniques, Basic Persistence Mechanisms, Basic Defense Evasion Techniques, other offensive/Red Team TTPs)

• Demonstrated experience with static and dynamic malware analysis concepts

• Working knowledge of Windows Administration or Enterprise Domain Administration

  • Active Directory, Group Policy, Domain Trusts, etc.

• Working knowledge of core networking concepts

  • Common ports/protocols, NAT, Public/Private IPs, VLANs, etc.
