Leidos is seeking mid- to senior-level Security Control Assessors to join our SCA team. This position requires significant travel-please review the position overview below for important details. The maximum starting salary for this role is $112,500. A Top Secret clearance and current IAT/IAM II certification (eg Security+ or equivalent) is required for consideration.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Security Control Assessor, you will play a key role in conducting Security Control Assessments at various government sites, with approximately 85% of your time on travel assignments. Travel may be domestic or international, depending on mission requirements, and per diem is provided to cover expenses. You'll have the flexibility to work from home when not on assignment, but must be local to one of our three locations for training and occasional customer meetings - Alexandria, VA, Fort Meade, MD, or Chambersburg, PA.

Your first few weeks will involve assessment training in a virtual classroom environment, which includes training modules, lectures, and exams. You will also gain hands-on experience by shadowing current Assessors on local assessments across the greater DC-Baltimore area (referred to as "check rides"). Once your training and check rides are successfully completed, you will be added to the regular travel schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cybersecurity assessments, audits, and inspections for DoD organizations and partners handling DoD information or connecting to the DoDIN.

• Evaluate systems and Defensive Cyberspace Operations using cyber threat emulation and performance-based testing.

• Adhere to policies and processes for each assessment type.

• Support assessment development and execution to ensure security expertise is properly applied.

• Coordinate logistics, test plans, and scope with the SCA Team Lead.

• Perform vulnerability assessments, capture results using STIG Viewer or designated tools, and document findings in eMASS.

• Analyze security gaps and provide mitigation recommendations.

• Validate cybersecurity controls, TTPs, STIGs, RMF controls, and compliance with DoD policies and guidelines.

• Provide risk analysis and assessment results for authorization recommendations.

• Participate in daily assessment reviews, in-briefs, and out-briefs, sharing findings with the SCA-R.

• Mentor and guide personnel by providing technical expertise, best practices, and professional development support to enhance team capabilities and knowledge

Basic Qualifications:

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required

• Current DoD 8570 IAM II or IAT II certification

• Ability and willingness to travel for assessments as required, up to 85% of the time

• Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred) and eight (8) years of cybersecurity or network security experience, including five (5) years of experience in a Certification and Accreditation/A&A role. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

• Demonstrated experience with STIGs, SRGs, POA&Ms and cybersecurity best practices, as well as relevant tools such as eMASS, STIG Viewer, Nessus, ACAS, SCAP, or HBSS

• Strong understanding of the RMF process, NIST SP 800- 37, NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253, as well as key technologies areas/domain such as: Network, Mobility, Windows, UNIX, Cloud Environments and Cloud Native Tools/Services, Host Based Security System (HBSS)/Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS), Databases, Applications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting assessment findings

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Life Cycle Management, Cisco Lifecycle Services Representative will be responsible for managing customer support Cisco renewal opportunities within assigned accounts. The LSR will consult with account teams providing strategic renewal pricing to not only execute accurate Cisco renewals but to drive revenue growth within region. In addition, the LSR will participate in the sales process as an extension of the Account Executives by building relationships with the Clients and Cisco Account Teams. This position will also be responsible for providing lifecycle support throughout the duration of the customers’ renewal cycle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own and execute on assigned Cisco renewal opportunities within assigned accounts

• Coordinate and collaborate with customer and internal teams to establish timelines, action items, responsibilities and associated due dates of renewal activities in a manner that results in an on-time renewal

• Work with sales to identify and present upsell opportunities within existing client base

• Position multi-year deals & co-term with other license opportunities as to increase size of deals

• Engage Cisco support teams and build accurate quotes in CCW-R, 6-12 months advance of expiration

• Client-facing Briefing: Deliver fused intelligence insights on a recurring basis to clients across industry verticals focusing on relevant cyber threat activities, trends, and shifts in the cyber threat landscape trends. Custom tailored content should empower defensive actions for clients, providing their threat intelligence and security teams with key observations, insights, and perspective. Content creation will require performing independent research across internal data sets, commercial third party data, and open sources. This will also include leveraging existing Unit 42 intelligence publications and working with partners from internal intelligence teams.

• Client-facing RFI Support: Provide tailored research and analysis for client-based RFIs to drive business and security outcomes. Leverage the full weight of Palo Alto Network's unique data holdings, on-going research, cross-company capabilities, and externally sourced information. Assist leadership in creating a scalable solution to service multiple industries and similar stakeholder types. Model research findings into Unit 42's Threat Intelligence Knowledge Repository (TIKR). Develop MITRE ATT&CK workflows and heatmaps for top threat groups.

This information will act as a backdrop to support intelligence production response for unfolding cyber events, exploitation trends, and threat actor campaigns. • Specialized Design, Modeling, and Construction Skills: Proficient in using specialized engineering software and tools, including production-level experience with MicroStation OpenRoads for plan sheet development in accordance with drafting standards. Demonstrated experience in construction inspection and documentation, signal operations, and the practical application of design standards to develop accurate and constructible plans for transportation and electrical infrastructure.

GDIT is seeking a Lead Storage Engineer to join our program supporting the biomedical research community for our customer with the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) at the National Institutes of Health.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the design, implementation, management, and daily operations of data storage and protection systems for NHLBI, including on-premise and cloud-based solutions.
• Maintains and manages large-scale scientific data storage systems and facilitates secure data transfer.
• Ensures seamless data backup, archiving, and disaster recovery processes.
• Manages storage provisioning requests, develops capacity plans, and tunes performance based on usage trends and project demands.
• Conducts daily health checks, performance analysis, and proactive issue resolution for enterprise storage infrastructure.
• Evaluates emerging storage technologies and recommend enhancements to optimize system scalability, security, and efficiency.
