We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Effectiveness team. Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, or Sales Strategy within B2B SaaS or a subscription-based environment.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Sheets, Salesforce reporting, and BI tools (Looker/Tableau/PowerBI).

The Demand Generation Manager (Global) owns the strategy and execution of integrated programs that generate pipeline and revenue across Traackr’s key regions (US and EMEA). You will take over existing go-to-market programs and scale demand across paid media, email/nurture, account-based marketing, lead generation, and events, balancing global consistency with regional customization based on market maturity, language, audience needs, and sales priorities.

• • Own the global demand generation strategy and operating cadence, aligning targets, ICP, segments, and personas across regions.
  • Adapt and localize campaigns by region (e.g., US vs EU vs APAC), tailoring:
  • messaging and offers,
  • targeting and channel mix,
  • language and creative,
  • landing pages and nurture flows,
  • timelines and budgets,
  • maintaining one cohesive global narrative and measurement framework.
  • Take over and optimize existing GTM programs, improving performance and standardizing best-practice processes that can be reused across regions.

The Assistant Director of Global Business Programs is responsible for marketing and enrollment processes such as: advising students, managing the online application system, FSB Global webpages, preparing visa documents, assisting with pre-departure orientations, and reconciling program expenses. The position works closely with faculty, staff, and students to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all. This position has the rewarding experience of regular international travel to various countries in support of programs. Miami University recognizes that technology enables us to find new ways of providing first class service and workplace flexibility.
