Arkadium is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support one of our top clients, Microsoft, on a suite of top-performing games collaborating with the Microsoft Casual Games team.

The Microsoft Casual Games (MCG) Studio is focused on delivering the best casual games for Windows, Web, and Mobile platforms. Dedicated to delivering quality game experiences to worldwide fans. In this role you will be accountable for driving project planning, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and ensuring that game features are completed on time and to high quality standards. Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and feature delivery coordination with engineering, art, QA, and design teams

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

• Proven track record of delivering features on time within constraints

The Design Quality Control Manager (DQCM) is responsible for ensuring that all design deliverables meet the technical, regulatory, and contractual requirements of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The DQCM oversees the design phase quality assurance process, coordinates with the Designer of Record (DoR), and ensures that all design submittals are properly reviewed, documented, and certified prior to submission to the Government.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of the Design Quality Control Plan (DQCP).
• Coordinate with the DoR and design team to ensure compliance with USACE standards, UFCs, UFGS, and applicable codes (e.g., IBC, NFPA).
• Ensure integration of design with construction planning and scheduling.
• Manage internal design reviews, including discipline-specific checklists and independent technical reviews (ITR/ATR).
• Certify that all design submittals are complete, accurate, and conform to contract requirements.
• Ensure all submittals are properly formatted, bookmarked, and submitted via RMS and DrChecks.
• Maintain records of all design reviews, comment resolutions, and certifications.
• Track and respond to Government review comments in DrChecks.
• Ensure timely submission of SD-01 (Preconstruction), SD-05 (Design Data), and SD-06 (Test Reports) as required.
• Ensure all design deliverables meet the requirements of ER 1110-1-8155, ER 1110-2-1150, and EM 385-1-1.
• Oversee coordination of design with commissioning, sustainability, and facility data requirements.
• Support the integration of BIM/CIM deliverables and ensure compliance with USACE Minimum Modeling Matrix (M3).

Your mission as a QA Lead

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead who will not only manage the QA team but also champion the delivery of high-quality products across our entire ecosystem. What you’ll be doing

• • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure product quality across Admin, Backend, Research Platform, Panel App, and other offerings.
