As an Underwriting SME for our Guidewire conversion, you will serve as the primary authority on commercial lines products, workflows, and regulatory requirements. Business Requirements & Design
Define and document complex commercial underwriting rules, appetite, and authority limits for integration into the Guidewire Product Model.
Lead "Train-the-Trainer" sessions and provide high-level guidance on how commercial forms, endorsements, and rating logic should behave within the new platform.
Collaborate with the technical team during Inception and Elaboration phases to map legacy data fields to Guidewire's data architecture.
Workflow Optimization

Identify opportunities to eliminate manual workarounds currently present in legacy systems.

The Role:
Our Staff, Security Engineers are both a visionary leader and hands-on builder. As one of Forge's senior inidual contributors, Staff, Security Engineers work on our hardest problems. As the Staff, Security Engineer, you will lead security architecture across all production capabilities, will own the vision and push the strategic security roadmap vision for Forge by building and providing the best-in-class security solutions for protecting both to our customers and our organization's information and data.

The Team

The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build partner‑facing systems that improve transparency, reliability, and self‑service across our capital ecosystem. You’ll contribute to services and UIs that power reporting, onboarding, and ongoing operations for lending partners and investors, collaborating closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and other engineering teams.
This is an impact‑driven role where your work will directly strengthen partner confidence, reduce operational friction, and accelerate capital deployment.
What you’ll do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs, services, and UIs that enable partners to access performance data, operational workflows, and program controls.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
ensures that every digital public health experience is reliable, trustworthy, accessible, and ready for production. They are the guardian of quality in an environment where content, data, and AI-driven features must remain accurate and stable—even as underlying information evolves rapidly.
This engineer will develop robust testing strategies that validate everything from CMS content workflows to React interfaces, backend integrations, real-time data streams, and AI-generated responses. Job Overview
Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering Technical Writer, is primarily responsible for writing Nonconformance Reports (NCR's) in a manner that is consistent with the rigorous expectations of medical device auditors from various agencies. This position requires a passion for writing NCR's, understanding quality requirements, developing and improving processes to meet those requirements, driving internal efforts for root cause analysis and corrective actions, while providing day-to-day support of processes to meet our high standards of quality in producing medical devices.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for writing NCR's, developing and maintaining Quality Assurance methodologies to directly support the NCR system.
- Write complex NCR's, which include the investigation, product or equipment disposition, actions plans, and closure.
- Support crash carts for within the Controlled Environment (CE) as needed.
- Identify and implement effective process control systems to support the development, qualification, and on-going manufacturing of products to meet internal and external requirements.
- Provide support on CAPA's.

The DRG Coding Auditor Principal is responsible for auditing inpatient medical records on claims paid based on Diagnostic Relation Group (DRG) methodology, including case rate and per diem, generating highly complex audit findings recoverable claims for the benefit of the Company, for all lines of business, and its clients. Specializes in review of DRG coding via medical record and attending physician's statement provided by acute care hospitals on paid DRG, especially on very complex coding cases that are paid using APS-DRG, APR-DRG, AP-DRG, MS-DRG or TRICARE methodology and findings may be so complex and advanced that disputes or appeals may only be reviewed by other DRG Coding Audit Principals (or Executives).
How you will make an impact:
Analyzes and audits claims by integrating advanced or convoluted medical chart coding principles (found in the Official Coding Guidelines, Coding Clinics, and the ICD-10 Alphabetic and Tabular Indices), complex clinical guidelines and maintaining objectivity in the performance of medical audit activities.
Draws on extremely advanced ICD-10 coding expertise, clinical guidelines, and industry knowledge to substantiate sophisticated conclusions.
Utilizes audit tools and auditing workflow systems and reference information to make audit determinations and generate audit findings letters.
Validates accuracy and quality standards as set by audit management for the auditing concept, valid claim identification, and documentation purposes (e.g., letter writing) on lower level auditors.
Identifies new claim types by identifying potential claims outside of the concept where additional recoveries may be available, such as re-admissions, Inpatient to Outpatient, and Hospital Acquired Conditions (HACs), Preventable Adverse Events (PAEs) or Never Events.
Suggests and develops high quality, high value concept and or process improvement and efficiency recommendations.
Operates largely independently and autonomously with little oversight due to extremely high quality output and audit results that only the most advanced and experienced DRG Coding Auditors would understand.
Performs secondary audits on claims that have been reviewed by other DRG Coders for missed opportunities and identifies gaps in foundational audit knowledge.
Collaborates with management to improve selection criteria.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires at least one of the following: AA/AS or minimum of 15 years of experience in claims auditing, quality assurance, or recovery auditing.
Requires at least one of the following certifications: RHIA certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator, RHIT certification as a Registered Health Information Technician, CCS as a Certified Coding Specialist, CIC as a Certified Inpatient Coder, or Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS).
Requires minimum of 10 years experience working with ICD-9/10CM, MS-DRG, AP-DRG and APR-DRG.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
BA/BS preferred.
